No problem with anything. The amount of traffic was surprising!! Also, some of the people selling things on the street we're a bit aggressive.

The staff was amazing and helpful. We needed to go to a pharmacy and Cara actually took us by the hand and led us safely through the massive amounts of traffic. Cara also recommended where to go for egg coffee, which we had never tried before, restaurants etc. She, and all the staff were very helpful.

Overall cleanliness could be better. Breakfast could have more variations. A little pricey for the quality.

The room was a bit small for twin beds and lacked decent space to put things on, eg, no shelf in the bathroom. There didn't seem to be internal soundproofing between walls or floors.

The location and the staff are fantastic! We had a great stay and amazing help from Gina and Cara for booking tours and activities, with great suggestions and assistance. Breakfast choices were good and the restaurant located at the top of the hotel with street views was nice. The staff were super quick to resolve any issues or problems with the room or service.

All was great.

The staff and hospitality were amazing - we felt like family as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We received lots of excellent tips for eating and we feel like we are leaving with good friends and wonderful memories after only two nights.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The friendly staff go above and beyond. The staff made our stay that much more memorable, they helped book tickets for excellent seats at the puppet show and sorted our Ha long Bay cruise. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Zoey and Cara, who made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast served daily was excellent. We'll definitely come back again the next time when we visit Hanoi again.
