Well there was nothing I didn't like. Only thing is lots of motorbikes and you need to watch out for them.

Loved the staff. Zoey is an excellent customer service manager. She made us very comfortable and always there to help. She kept asking us if we needed anything and if we were happy. She went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Zoey. Also, Cara from F&B she was very chatty and served us well. Everlyn was lovely, too friendly, and helpful. It was a very convenient spot. Close to the night markets coffee shops Lake heaps of SPAs.

Only one small complaint: I discovered on my last night I couldn’t turn off the A/C unit as the remote control didn’t work.

By far, the staff members who were all so friendly and helpful (Zoey, Kevin, Cara, Levi and all the others). The very convenient location - very central but in a quiet side street in the Old Quarter. The quirky artwork in all the common areas. The attractive decor of the room and bathroom. Wide variety of breakfast items (and good coffee).

The location, just round the corner from the north end of Hoan Kiem lake, smack in the heart of the Old Quarter but on a relatively quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city. The staff is another huge plus. From the manager Lin who sent a message in advance of my stay to check on my needs and her messages throughout my stay to check on my well-being, to the kind and friendly staff from the reception staff Kim to bellboy, Kevin & breakfast staff Cora - they exemplified the warmth and kindness of the Vietnamese people.

The best place to stay in Hanoi This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were clean and modern, Our room was clean. Excellent staff services (very helpful and kind), the room is comfortable, nice and clean. Thanks to Ms Zoey & Mr Kevin and them team for the services rendered to us.Hope to be back soon.

Breakfast was great. Cara our server was very friendly and helpful. Jerry and Zoey at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They wete kond and friendly. The porters were also very helpful. We loved the staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in total and only left it on the 25th of November the hotel is very central in the old town which was great for walking around all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Hanoi.

The coffee, tea, sugar packets are stocked to the bare minimum in the rooms, even on asking just one or two sachets are given.

Only thing that we would mention is that because the hotel is in the old town and the windows weren’t soundproof at all it was loud at night and early in the morning.

A small refrigerator in the room would have been good for drinks and keeping food from outside the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, from the front desk to the people helping with luggage at the front door to the people cleaning the hotel. They all were incredibly friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Lin, a young woman at the front desk, was extremely friendly and interested in having conversations about plans for the day or just asking if anything was needed. Zoey, the manager, also was very helpful and welcoming. Also, the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of the major tourist sites in Hanoi.
