Big steps to get into reception with no handrail- and steps to the lift and to our room. Not suitable for those with mobility problems. On our first morning we went to breakfast at 9am ( it ran from 7am - 10am) and there were no pastries or crusty bread available. On the second morning we went at 7.30 and there was a full range of food. Choice of eggs freshly cooked was good

Not a drawback, but just something to be aware of: there is a 3% (if I am not mistaken) fee when paying with a card. Might be better to prepare cash if that matters to you.

Perfect location complemented with an excellent team! The room was a bit smaller than expected, but nonetheless very convenient. The cozy balcony was a lovely bonus. A special thank you for introducing me to Trung Nguyen coffee served at breakfast! :)

I cannot think of any constructive criticism for the hotel. We did a quick overnight stay and it met or exceeded all expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The staff is exceptional. Gina helped us coordinate a ride from the airport ahead of time. The driver was great, and our welcome at reception was welcoming and informative. The rooftop breakfast was delicious and again the staff were very accommodating. The location is the best in Hanoi Old Quarter - so close to the center, yet on a small enough street to avoid the famously busy traffic.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Shower was excellent with great water pressure. On a side street and away from the noise. Quiet at night made for a great sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with multiple options. Close to shops for picking up snacks. Near to the lake and easy walking around the old quarter.

Staff was extremely kind and location in the old quarter was excellent. It’s close to hoan kiem lake and many sights. It was still quiet at night bc away from beer street and backpacking scene. Breakfast is good and varied. Coffee was excellent.

No problem with anything. The amount of traffic was surprising!! Also, some of the people selling things on the street we're a bit aggressive.

The staff was amazing and helpful. We needed to go to a pharmacy and Cara actually took us by the hand and led us safely through the massive amounts of traffic. Cara also recommended where to go for egg coffee, which we had never tried before, restaurants etc. She, and all the staff were very helpful.
