There’s literally nothing to not like. La Siesta met and exceeded all our expectations.

La Siesta was the perfect place for our trip. The hotel was incredible itself, but the staff are the ones who really went above and beyond. So friendly and attentive and genuinely nice. Their top tier communication before arriving and coordinating transportation to/from the airport made us feel extremely welcomed and prepared. We will 100% be staying here on our next trip back to Hanoi!

Staff went above and beyond to help us with things such as booking train tickets, early arrival/check in. Exceptional service and made extra effort to celebrate our visit for a special occasion. Excellent breakfast. Everything about our stay was fantastic, we could not ask for anything to be different

We booked 2 Le Siesta suites. But they were of different sizes ! But same price. 905 was much smaller than 805 and so was the terrace. Spa is located in a sister property 5 mins walk away. They charged 3% extra for making payment with a credit card. Which 4/5 star hotel in the world does that !!!!! Avg pool area with very low privacy.

Good Location. Very friendly and competent staff. Guided us well about what to do and where to go. BF and coffee was the best out of 4 hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Not noisy.

Really meticulous service! Was really sad we had to leave early so couldn’t enjoy their breakfast but staff kindly allowed us to have a breakfast early at their restaurant. The view was fantastic! Sun rise and all, and the spread was awesome. Room was awesome cause they gave us a free room upgrade too! Really really happy with our stay!

If you are looking for a really nice based for exploring Hanoi, this is the place. Newly built, very clean with enthusiastic staff in a great location 3 minute walk from the central lake. Staff were extremely helpful during our entire stay and even let us shower by the pool last evening before going to the airport. Note that some of the rooms don't have full windows (clearly marked in the booking.com description) but the one we were staying in still had a little sky light so there was some natural light coming through in the morning.

I had a fantastic time in La Siesta, it is an amazing hotel, the staff is perfect. A special thank you to Tram (and Ha) who made my stay perfect. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, a kind and beautiful person. I wish all the hotel to have the same employee !!! Thank you all the team of La siesta as well for making my days great. Also, swimming pool and food are great. The location is perfect. No noise, just fews street next to the lake.

Noisy outside because in the old quarter which is full of life but not noisy in rooms. Found it very restful.

Wonderful staff-kind, helpful, friendly. Set us up for a street food tour, Ninh Binh tour (which was great), lovely spa experience, and great vegetarian food. Lovely location with roof bar and library bar. Outdoor pool and workout rooms on. Good location near lake (2 blocks). Fantastic breakfast including Vietnamese, Japanese, and western food (highly recommend enjoying all the fresh Asian food as there are wonderful options if you are vegetarian ).

The front offices team are outstanding. Will go above and beyond to provide the ultimatum exquisite services. They will provide restaurant and eatery recommendations (trust them , every single restaurant they recommended aisle just brilliant). To booking your air tickets , tours , getting your theatre tickets purchased., booking taxi , airport picuo . You name it they delivered with ease . Bravo to the managements for such an incredible team .

One of the best boutique hotels we stayed in Hanoi. Staff is the heart of this hotel - very friendly, always there to help and provide trustworthy recommendations. We booked a room - with a terrace, facing the pool area - very spacious for 2 persons, clean, modern and had all amenities you usually expect to find in a hotel room. We had breakfast included in the room rate - wide selection of fresh & tasty food including omlette station, pho station, cheeses, rice & noodles, sushi, pastry and fresh bread amonst other options. Fresh juices, tea & coffee. On our first night we tried the Red Bean restaurant on the 11th floor - very good Vietnamese food - must try. A rooftop terrace is available with a nice view of the hanoi surroundings - we had a couple of drinks there, enjoying a 'quieter' hanoi from high above. We also booked the street food tour directly with the hotel. The guide - Jackie - was really good at explaining the different food and tailored our tour around our dietary requirements. Whilst we were a bit anxious at first to try street food from unknown places, after the tour we were so glad to have trusted our guide and let him choose dishes for us. This is a must try for anyone visiting Hanoi & is cautious about which food places to try. Overall it was a very positive and nice experience staying at La Siesta Classic. Well done to all the staff for making our time in Hanoi so pleasant.

There was no toilet paper holder. No bedroom slippers. Can perhaps provide more personal amenities such as body lotion. However these were small issues.

The location of the hotel was great, it's right in the middle of the old quarter close to local restaurants, shops and sites including the Hoan Kiem Lake and French Quarter. It is also a short taxi ride away from the Temple of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Ho Chi Minh Mosoleum. All staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, they were sure to give excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in Hanoi, but also went above and beyond to help us find the best deals and most efficient routes. The hotel was very comfortable and the spa facilities in the sister hotel (2min walk away) were excellent. La Siesta Classic is building its own spa but they weren't ready for our stay.
