We think the breakfast could have been better. One breakfast the coffee was really weak, the fresh juice was watered down a bit too much and the Pho had too much sauce in it. However they did accomodate for my lactose intolerance and provided me with hot soy milk for in my coffee.

The rooftop bar is really great, especially during sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they even brought our bag to our next hotel in Hanoi while we were on a motorbike trip.

The location is excellent, the service of the staff is incredible! The bar on top of the roof has an amazing view and the music with the tasty cocktails it was magical! Would definitely come back!

There weren't many Vegan options at breakfast, but there was Soya milk so coffee and cereal were our go to. We had a room at the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The noise level seemed fine at first, but there's a small square over the road where locals like to exercise early in the morning (this is common in Vietnam as it's the coolest part of the day). Normally this would be fine, but this square has a 6:30am zumba class with a PA speaker blasting Vietnamese pop tunes. We had earplugs but we were still woken up. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a higher floor or a room at the other side of the building. Laundry was a little pricey, but it was very quick and ironing/folding is included.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just across from the lake and in the Old quarter. A great place to experience Hanoi, and just far enough away from the rowdier bars. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The rooftop bar is great, expensive for Hanoi but fantastic views and ambiance. The staff were very attentive and happy to give us advice on where to go in Hanoi. Lovely welcome tea. They even gave us a small gift on check out. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff were amazing from the very first greeting to our check out and departure. They couldn't do enough for you and always greeted you with smiles and happiness. The hotel itself is very stylish and the roof top bar and restaurant were fantastic - great cocktails and food.

We arrived at La Sinfonía after our 3 day easy rider motorbike tour which was great but quite hard on our bodies as we are both nearly 70 years old. The hotel was the perfect place to relax after this trip. The service is the best I have had anywhere and the room was incredible and the attention to detail was five star, even the water bottles had beautiful covers. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows perfect. We had a room at the front but didn’t hear any noise at all. I absolutely love this hotel, it is very luxurious and the staff all made us feel very special. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared as was dinner. I also had a massage in their Spa which was very good. The location is in the middle of the old quarter so everything was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hanoi. I just wish there was a Sinfonia in every city. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

The complimentary breakfast options were very good, providing both Western and local offerings. I especially enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee. The staff overall were very caring and definitely went the extra mile in making sure we saw the hotel as a home base during our visit. Massages at the spa were extraordinarily good, despite being a third of the cost compared to home prices.

The rooftop bar was noisy but not too bad for us - we stayed in room 405 so had a few floors between us and the bar but we could still hear the music. This was the only thing we didn't like, everything else was great!

Quan was exceptional! He was very welcoming and helped us to arrange our plans from Hanoi. The room was clean and tidy and a good size - we stayed for 2 nights and had no issues with the hotel at all. It was within walking distance from all major attractions and a very good location in general.

Right off the bat, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Got a welcome drink and small snack while I waited for check in. My room was amazing, very posh. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and complimentary hot beverages. They went above and beyond preparing my room. Loved that they already had the AC running before I came. You get your own robes and slippers. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Even the manager came up to me in person during breakfast to check in with me and to let me know that she is here for me. The part that blew me away was when they packed me 2 breakfast sets and a coffee to go since I had an early flight and cannot stay for breakfast that day. I've never stayed anywhere where staff took this much care of their clients. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back.

The room we had was a bit small but the comfy beds and pillows made up for it! Nothing to dislike ☺️

Had the best and comfiest stay here! The staff are so nice especially Brian who helped us book our tours, the staff are so attentive and kind we had an early flight and they organised breakfast for us so we wouldn’t miss out. The location is perfect everything is walking distance, such a lovely stay would definitely stay here again!
