Liam was a perfect host and we did the Easyrider loop with him which we recommend 1000% (it was one of the cheapest options we found and everything was well organised). The new rooms were also perfect for 2 nights in Ha Giang!

I don’t have a single complaint!

I’m so grateful that I chose LiLa Inn. I am traveling alone and I was immediately welcomed in by Liem and his family. Liem had amazing recommendations for where to eat and where to stay along the loop. I rented a motorbike from him for 6 days and he helped me plan my trip (I even messaged him along my route and he gave me the best tips). Lila Inn was a great place to start my trip. The beds in the dorms are super comfy and the views from the terrace are phenomenal. Even though this is centrally located, it’s tucked up a side street so it’s remarkably quiet. The showers and bathroom facilities are modern and very clean. I can’t recommend this place enough.

It is a bit old and run down but once the new premises are ready then that won’t be an issue.

The staff here are great. Lots of communication before our arrival and a nice welcome. We hired biked from them at a fair price and they were good bikes. The rooms are good, bed is reasonably soft and bathrooms nice. The place is quite old and they will be going into a new building which is great. Overall the staff made this our home away from home in Ha Giang.

Lila Inn gave us cheap and comfortable rooms in a great location in ha giang town. The hosts gave us great advice and helped us book the 4 day ha giang loop motorbike tour including ban gioc waterfall. They also provided one of their own drivers to lead this trip. Ninh was an excellent guide and driver. He ensured we felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. The motorbike tour was one of the most amazing experiences! We highly recommend booking the 4 day ha giang loop including ban gioc waterfall through Lila inn and travel. Everything was perfect :)

The accommodation is basic but the owner is amazing and organised our motorbiking trip last minute. They have incredible easy-riders who stay at the property which feels like a family. Not many rooms so we had a small grouo doing the Ha Giang loop together, compared to some of the bigger hostels. We loved our stay and trip :)

It’s the perfect place to start the loop. However the rooms (especially the bathroom) can get better cleaned and the breakfast needs improvement!

Liam is a really good host and took care of everything. We booked a 2 nights tour with him with two easy drivers and everything went well! During the tour we stayed in the best home stays and had amazing food! They took us to hidden places away from the tourists! We were really lucky to have this arranged by him as you can really customised it on your needs. He also booked our buses and everything was via WhatsApp easily. Thank you for everything!

I can’t say enough good things about LiLa Inn, especially the staff. When we arrived we had the intention of driving the loop ourselves. Being from the USA, we unfortunately did not have the proper license to do. The front desk went over every possibility for us and took 2 hours of their time to figure everything out. They will hold your hand through the process, and that is worth the stay alone. We’re actually staying with them again when we head back to Ha Giang once we’re done with the loop.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They gave us excellent advice about the Ha Giang loop route and were very honest about what would be the most beautiful but safe way to ride it. Every single member of staff is super friendly and our easy rider Ninh was fantastic. They run small group tours but also rent bikes and just give you advice. I took an easy rider and my friend rode his own bike and they were super flexible about us changing our plans and picking up other friends on the way. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable and a great place to stay before and after your trip.

Owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. He answer on million questions from me :) We rented motorbike in this place. Price us the best in town! Bikes are new, absolutely no issues with them: just add petrol and drive :) We didn't know that you can rent tour here. Liam, owner, seems very knowledgeable about Ha Giang area, he told us many interesting things. But unfortunately we already planned our trip, booked hotels, etc., so we didn't have chance to participate in his tours. Probably, next time :) Hotel is located on small street, far from main traffic. So, it is not noisy at all. The only disadvantage is not perfect noise isolation between rooms, but for us it was not the issue (though I'm very sensitive to noise). Also Liam gives you earplugs for free, so it should not be an issue at all. Though it is located on small street, area with lots of restaurants is in a walkable distance. Highly recommend!

Liem was awesome, such a nice guy, made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me with any request. He booked my bus to Cao bang last min and then kindly dropped me off at bus stop as it was about to leave. Such a gent. The room was simple but clean and bed really comfortable. I stayed 2 nights before and after my trip. I had dinner one evening and there was so much food for the guests it’s was super hospitable for the price. I did the 3 day tour and it was epic. I felt really safe with my drivr Daí. On the road he also went out of his way to make my trip enjoyable. My group was just 3 me and a nice couple and im so glad as we got to experience so much more as a small group. Thanks guys!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfortable room for the night. The best part of the stay was the motorcycle tour on the Ha Giang Loop and guides our host, Liem, set us up with. We were a small group of 4 and our guides made sure we were very well taken care of. Definitely a trip highlight!!

Lila is the best place to stay before your Ha Giang Loop tour! We booked the 3 day 2 night tour upon arrival and Liem helped us with everything so it was a seamless process. The tour was just 4 of us, much nicer than the huge groups you see driving around. We stayed at excellent homestays and all food was included. Lila itself is very comfortable and I would happily stay here again. They also hosted dinner every night for no additional cost. Thank you Liem and everyone at Lila for our best experience in Vietnam!!

Dinner was amazing, we rented a motorbike off them for 10 days, it worked perfectly the whole trip and they were really helpful, showing us secret spots, different routes… totally recommend this place if you’re doing the Ha Giang loop!

The room was OK, but there is almost no sound isolation, which I have been told just at the arrival. You will appreciate earplugs. There was a broken rack in the room. Sadly no one did anything about it even after immediately telling to staff.

Considering only accommodation (not other services) - quite good for the price. Liam was super helpful, I arrived in the room and there was a map for riding a Ha Giang Loop containing even some hand notes - what to visit, homestays, road to take = awesome. Decent wifi. Simple but good breakfast. The fact that basically whole staff speaks English.

Great staff, always helpful kind and accommodating to questions. We did the 3 day 2 night tour which was unbelievable. From my initial contact with Laim and his team all the way until the end the experience was unforgettable. A lot of careful thought has gone into the route and home stays to be special for the small tours with the guides. They are also very good at helping with information for onward travel. Always the rooms had been lovely, beds very comfortable, good amazing and staff wonderful :-) would recommend to anyone looking for a real experience with local people.
