Quality-price hostel hard to beat with even breakfast included. Very friendly staff and clean dormitory. Recommended place!

There were at least 3 showers and 3 toilets. A/C in the room worked well. The bike I rented had no issue too. The hostel manager was extremely helpful in giving me tips for the Ha Giang Loop. After the loop, he also offered to let me use the shower. He spoke perfect English so there were no communication issue at all.

We had food poisoning from before we arrived and the host was very supportive and friendly. He even gave us some herbal medicine. Thank you ! To the accomondation it is in a great Location in a sidestreet everything you need closeby. The breakfeast was really good (:

English of the guides is very limited so don't expect to learn too much during the loop.

Best place if you want to do the Loop! The staff was so kind and helpful, best laundry service! Really nice breakfast and 100% assistance from them if you’re doing the loop! Rented a motorbike with them included insurance for very good price. Left our luggage there and could shower after the loop and wait for our night bus. They even drove us to the bus station for free! Thank you so much for everything! We had a great time!

Is situated in Ha Giang town itself, where there is not really anything to do. Many of the other hostels and loop providers are more on the outskirts of town. However if you do the Ha Giang loop with Majestic, then it doesn’t matter that the hostel is in town.

Super friendly staff! Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Beds in the dorm room was the most comfortable I have seen in Vietnam.

I forgot my headphone in one of the dorm at Majestic Hostel and the intern was so kind to help me find it. But when I came back from the Ha Giang Loop, I saw him politely ask one girl that stayed in my bed before, Her name was Solene she was super rude about the whole situation and was giving him like side eye, SHE JUST NOT A NICE PERSON and I feel bad for the guy. Other than that 10/10 Hostel and Breakfast

The Intern at the Hostel was very nice, My bus was very early in the morning around 6 AM, But He was nice enough to prepare me breakfast even though breakfast start at 7:30AM. Also another girl who also has the same bus, got she got her breakfast served but she just keep finding a reason to pick on the poor staff :((( feel bad for him. Really recommend this Hostel

We arrived at 2am (the host was notified) and it was kinda tough to get in as we called the number on the door and nobody responded and then finally the number on Booking worked and the guy went down to open the door for us.

The breakfast was amazing, tea, coffee, a lot of fruit, eggs, toasted sandwiches and vegetables. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean with shampoo and shower gel. Nice staff, you can pay by card (with a small add-up fee).

I go to Ha Giang on a business trip and Mitchel from Majestic Hostel picked me up from the Bus Station when I arrived, he is the owner of the place and extemely friendly and helpful, he helped me out with everything I need, plus after the Business trip, he even lend me the motorbike to use for free, Really recommend Mitchel place to stay, everything is just so clean
