Nothing at all, though we booked the room for a very reasonable last-minute price. That made it for the price/quality to give the hotel a 10. I wouldn't have booked the room for the original price. Quality will always be good at this hotel I guess, but what you're willing to pay for that is up to yourself. The view on one of the pictures is taken from the breakfast area to give an impression.

Rooms were really clean and all facilities were up to date including the (limited) gym and swimming pool. Choices at the breakfast were excellent.

English of the guest service was really average. Hard to communicate. Lot of noises in the morning (because of neighbours).

Very good location, room was nice and very good bathroom, really located in the heart of the old city center. Plenty of restaurants around. Lot of different variety for breakfast. Possibility to book transfer.

In the top floor room, there´s noise from the restaurant when chairs are moved around.

Excellent location in the old quarter. Variated breakfast buffet mix of local and international cuisine. Fantastic view from the rooftop terrace.

I liked most things and was happy overall with my stay! The shampoo in the shower is not great but that is not a big issue just a little feedback!

Staff harassing us to leave a review on booking.com as we were rushing to get a bus. The staff in question even suggested she do it for me and then seemed upset that the review wasn't available to complete yet. Would have been a 10 if not for that.

Great location in the bustle of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Great breakfast. Friendly staff otherwise. Swimming pool was a nice bonus. The room and bed were really comfy. Great value for money.

Shower didn't have proper drain it flooded after every shower

The restaurant is on the 12th, the food is decent, but over priced. We had a group of three adults and one child and it took them an hour to get our food out... We were served one plate at a time even though we ordered four main dishes. The last dish came 15 to 20 minutes after the dish before it and we had all finished eating. We live in Hanoi and we've been to several places and this has never happened before. Also, the manager at the restaurant was rather rude telling us that we had ordered way too much food and asking us if we were actually going to eat it all. We did talk to her and let her know that what she did was really rude. She apologized. We were just shocked because again we've lived here for years and that has never happened before.

I love the pool. In the pictures they do not show you the strong current that it has going across it, but you can essentially swim and not move. That's how strong it is. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good. So many choices.

The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and made my birthday special. The room had a balcony which was great to sit and hear the hustle of the city. Had a lovely small pool overlooking the city. The roof bar was great, great service. The room was comfortable and modern. Def a Great place to stay.

There was no iron in the room and the internal window room doesn’t have natural light it seems to be a light that was not turned on
