The breakfast could use some improvement; it felt a bit repetitive. However, considering the reasonable price we paid, it's fair enough.

The service here is outstanding, with attentive staff, particularly the lovely ladies working here. Their laundry service is incredibly affordable, and they also offer scooter rentals at reasonable prices. They even provided us with their WhatsApp contact for recommendations on activities and restaurants throughout the day, which was incredibly helpful. During checkout, they asked for our honest feedback without any pressure to write a review, although I'm still doing so! Plus, the rooms and overall atmosphere of this accommodation are delightful. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful hotel. We didn’t get to be there for long but we walked around the neighborhood and to the beach. We did explore the pool on the roof and wished that we could have enjoyed it. The koi pond area is very peaceful and beautiful.

Very great hotel!! The interior design is very elegant & beautiful. Everything is very clean. The staff was very very friendly and help you with everything you need. They message you via message and whatever you want, they assist you with. The beds were very comfortable. The pool upstairs has a jacuzzi function and has an amazing view. The location of the hotel is great, very close by to everything you need. You can rent a motorbike directly with the hotel for a very cheap price. And the breakfast buffet was amazing, so so tasty.

My only small gripe would be that there was no food served in the evening. I’m really grasping at straws to criticise as my stay was exceptional. There are plenty of great places to eat within a two or three minute walk.

The property was well located, off the main road so a little quieter, but easy walking distance to the beach, spas and places to eat. It felt safe to walk around at night. The staff are amazing. Couldn’t be friendlier, couldn’t do enough for you. Always available with a smile on their face. The hotel is very nicely furnished. It’s all very relaxing, from the glass fronts to the rooms, rustic concrete and wood fittings and small touches like speakers playing tranquil music throughout (don’t worry, this can be turned off in your room if it’s not to your liking). All in, very nice hotel and easy recommendation.

That we didn’t stay longer! We truly were not ready to leave and wished we had booked an extra day. Only recommendation I would have would be power points near bed and hooks in bathroom.

One of my favourite stays in Vietnam! I loved the room layout. Dual access to bathroom, TWO chairs by window which most hotels lack, this was a great addition! I loved the music that played and I loved having Evie on WhatsApp for whatever is needed - so amazing! It was these extras that stood out from other stays. Bed was really comfy, service exceeded expectation and location was good also. Really loved it here

It is a beautiful, super designed Botique hotel in a quiet street, but only 100 metre away from the beach with a lot of restaurants and bars and a open air disco! If you like to start sightseeing or make trips, you get all support you need by the very friendly hotelassistants.

We had an excellent stay at Minh Boutique, our favourite hotel out of our 12 days in Vietnam. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gave thoughtful recommendations to my family to ensure we had a great time in Da Nang and were able to find delicious vegetarian food. The architecture and design of the hotel and the rooms is very cool and super relaxing - we loved everything about our stay there. We want to thank Young in particular for all her help during our stay.

The reception was friendly and helpful but perhaps a bit invasive. They regularly sent whats app messages to ask if I needed recommendation. Although some might appreciate this, if I need recommendations, I will ask myself at the reception desk. I would advise reception to avoid this approach or at least ask customers if they would like to have this service when they arrive. For me, I found it a bit much as I had already done my research. I also feel that asking for a 10 star review from customers (which we experienced a lot in Vietnam) is not a great approach. Rather, simply ask customers to review their experience. Getting honest feedback is how we continually get better.

The hotel has a very nice vibe. There is a beautiful Koi fish pond in reception. The breakfast was nice although simple yet filling. The room is cute and large range of TV channel options which was nice for evening. Rooftop pool is nice but not enough places to sit. The room is nice and comfortable but some design flaws (such as the blinds block the bathroom door from opening properly).

Relaxing lounge area with cool koi pond and greenery. Great to relax and read after long day trips in the sun. Staff was very lovely and helpful with check-in + check-out. Didn't get in the pool but looked very fancy with a nice view. Breakfast was great, as always.

- some noise by window, bring ear plugs - steps in the room made of hard to walk at night without tripping - toilet is very close to the door making it hard to use

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and were sure to always greet us. They also offered us a welcome drink and crackers which was a nice gesture. The local staff helped us alot with what places to visit, stalls to shop from, restaurants to eat etc and always gave us good recommendations. The breakfast provided had a wide array of options and was excellent. The rooms were huge and had a very luxurious feel. We loved the feature of music playing in every room. The overall ambience and service in the hotel was exemplary. The beach was was also walking distance from the hotel. Young and Vikki helped us a ton with recommendations and always sweetly greeted us
