The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Tracy was exceptional, she was friendly, helpful and provided us with a lot of information to insure we had a wonderful time whilst in Hanoi. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and Tracy organised for our room to be done up with a beautiful towel and rose petal arrangement, there was even a beautiful card addressed to us. On our departure, Tracy gave us some lovely candy as a gift to us for our anniversary, she is so sweet. The location of the hotel is also excellent, walking distance from train street, old quarter and French quarter. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lack of power sockets in room so we had to boil kettle in bathroom. Breakfast yoghurt and cereals all had sugar in them unfortunately but there was good fruit.

The staff were exceptional, and extremely helpful at all time's. Nothing was too much trouble, any problems was fixed ASAP. Very comfortable bed's, great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Because it is in the old quarter we could always get picked up for tours. Thanks for a great holiday san palace hotel staff.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very friendly, especially Lily in the reception. Many tips about what to do and where to eat in Hanoi. The room was comfortable but the noise from the street could be disturbing. Choose a room as highest floor as possible in the building and not facing the main street. Breakfast ok.

Lily was wonderful. She was super nice and helpful. Assisted with directions to some local attractions. I also had a few hours between checkout and hotel pickup and the hotel offered a nice place to relax. The entire staff was wonderful!

The hotel is in a great location for the main sights, old quarter and French quarter. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and gave recommendations about where to eat, etc. I would definitely recommend it.

Totally agree with the reviews stating 3 star hotel, 5 star service. The team in the hotel were fantastic and beyond helpful. The room was comfortable, small, but had everything we needed! Breakfast was great, very busy between 8.30 - 9.30, but replenished quickly and eggs cooked to order! Coffee is exceptionally strong!! The pool bar is fab, limited selection of soft drinks but great for us!! Location is brilliant, within a 10-15 min walk of everything we wanted to visit. Overall, a fantastic stay, made even better by the amazing team. Would definitely recommend and will return

Some of the staff was quite new and that for Not so helpful in Standardsituations- I would suggest that there is always some Senior on Duty.

The Hotel is really good situated in the Center of Hanoi. The beds are comfy and the bathroom as well as the room were clean. The breakfast really good. Lilly, one of the receptionists, is so nice and helpful- unfortunately she only was there some of the days we stayed.

The property was extremely well located in the centre of Hanoi, close to all major attractions and had a great selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, we had a premium city view room on the first floor which was very big with a huge double bed and good size bathroom, the view looked right out onto the street which we loved. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and the staff even made us breakfast to take away when we had an early flight to catch (and offered the same when we were going off on day tours with early starts). All the staff were so lovely and really made us feel welcome and at home. They also gave us a map and list of the best restaurants/ things to see whilst we were there which was greatly appreciated! We also visited the pool bar on the roof, this was small but had a great view across the city and did a good happy hour! We’d definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi!
