The staff was exceptional, they did everything to make our stay comfortable from the very beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

I was charged a 3% credit card fee when I was using a Master Card Debit card which should not incur a fee for the hotel. Confusion with taxi timing, being wakened by a call from the front desk at 5.45am when our taxi was meant to have been ordered for 5.30pm, despite clear instructions by WhatsApp.

It’s central location and friendly staff. Facilities were very good. Great view from the roof bar and complimentary afternoon tea was very welcome. Ruby at the front desk and Susan in the restaurant were great ambassadors for the hotel, very friendly and efficient.

The hotel was in a good location, right in the centre of the old quarter, with a romantic skybar looking over the lake. The staff were extremely helpful for our short stay. Ruby was quick to respond to all my requests for information, whenever I sent her a message. Thank you

We had a pleasant stay at San hotel. Our journey started early with the Chapa Night Train from Sa Pa, and although we arrived at 5:25am, the hotel staff was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Hanoi, and we were able to see much of the city during our short stay. The staff Ruby were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

The room we booked should have had a window but it was a very small one. Vertical and narrow on the very corner of the wall. It didn’t impact our stay, but if you give attention to this, then make sure to ask beforehand how large the window is, even if it says on the title that it is a room with windows.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, support of the staff for reserving a transport to the airport, and the rooftop bar looked really amazing, even though we couldn’t enjoy due to lack of time.

Great location in Hanoi, a 3 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and a 7-8 minute walk to Beer Street. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a large variety with Egg options to order. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do more for you.

Quite similar to other hotels nearby that were less expressive. The view from the sky bar is lovely, though the drinks are very pricey. Taxi to the airport booked by the hotel was also comparatively expensive to others we took while in Hanoi.

Central location, comfortable room. Staff arranged a take away breakfast for us as we were leaving early the next morning.
