I can't fault them on anything. Housekeeping was 10/10, Food & B were 10/10 and front desk were exceptional. They spoke English and were very eager to help with any issue. They had my back and were great.

Friendly staff, professional and went out of their way to assist me. For example, find out out the sneaky entrances and times of trains at train street. They went over and above in every area. Housekeeping was 10/10, F&B. 10/10. I can not fault it. .

The staff at this hotel are INCREDIBLE. Shoutout to Mike who works there, he was amazing. Very welcoming and kind. We loved the lobby and the room was clean and comfortable too. We can certainly recommend this place, and will be back here again.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We stayed for the second time during our trip in Vietnan and we were warmly received by the staff who granted us an upgrade for a suite with great view for the lake. They also organize breakfast to go as we had to be very early at the airport upon our departure. The skybar at the top floor of the hotel has a great atmosphere and stunning view to the lake.

Our bathrooms didn’t have a proper shower. There was a shower head that extended from the bath tub that you could use as a hand shower. Only a small inconvenience but something that will make me choose a different room next time.

The hotel is situated in a great spot in the old quarter easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff, especially Ruby, were so friendly and helpful with everything they did.

We booked a room with a window but unfortunately the window was ajoining the next buliding so just a concrete wall. The room felt clostraphobic & dark, no sunlight, lacked any wardrobe space for clothing & we were there for 4 nights. The bathroom was small with no where to hang towels. The restaurant lacked atmosphere, needed a bit more life.

The location was great for night life & very close to the lake, tourist bus very close by. Local stalls setting up in the morning, local food sellers all very close. The roof top bar great view & friendly service. The restaurant food was very good & had a great view. Breakfast good choice.

Everything was perfect for us at the San Grand. The staff has always been superfriendly and helpful. Location is great, in the old quarter close to the lake, and lots of local life around us. We avoided Beer Street which was awfully crowded.

The staff went above and beyond. When my driver could not find the hotel, the staff using his own motorcycle went out to meet them. Then directed them to the hotel.

The hotel was great! Most importantly, their service is top-notch. Ruby helped us greatly throughout the 3-day's stay, using WhatsApp to provide instant assistance on recommendations and booking taxis...etc. The breakfast and afternoon tea buffet is even included at a very nice deal. Good view from the rooftop bar as well. Overall, a really nice experience.

Not too much, there was a slight issue with the laundry but they were very helpful and fixed it by going above and beyond!

We loved our stay here! Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Kylie - thank you! Very convenient location, great breakfast with a good variety and variation. The afternoon tea was a nice touch as well. Relaxing afternoon at the spa, would recommend!

The location was good, and breakfast was very tasty. Overall hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, we had issues with the wifi and the room was very cold (however that was fixed by the staff). Spa facilities are great and staff was very helpful.

Having stayed in a few other hotels since I arrived, I do think that this place is on the expensive side, but then you are in central Hanoi. There’s nothing wrong with it though, you get what you pay for I guess.

It was nice and the staff were great, it’s location is great for everything you need.
