Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

What we liked the most was the location itself, the outstanding service from Kylie, Ruby, the doorsmen, the housekeeping ladies and especially the lady from the restaurant, Susan. She once made us a really good lemon drink during the afternoon tea as we seemed really tired :-)

Great location with a lovely lake views from the roof top bar and dining area. As the buffet breakfast and in house dining provided variety of food selection, even ordering Pho as well during breakfast time. Simply amazing! The overall experience far exceeded my expectation and all the employees are very attentive and helpful... highly recommend!!!

ItalyThe glasses don't have sound insulation. If you are very sensitive to noise, better bring earplugs. The room (single) was smaller than I expected, but they keep it very clean and tidy, so overall I am very satisfied.
Location was great and access to main monuments in Hanoi is easy. There're many options for breakfast and the view from the restaurant was relaxing. You can enjoy Hoan Kiem late. Last but not lease, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will surely help you enjoy your trip more.

Beautiful hotel. We had a clean and lovely room and were even upgraded to an executive suite! Great location in old town, with an amazing view from the rooftop bar of the lake. Staff are particularly wonderful - we had a friendly welcome from the team. Especially from Ruby who gave us a helpful map then sent us a number of great suggestions of what to do in the area. She was lovely and very knowledgeable. Also Susan who ensured we had a great breakfast and even gave us some snacks to take away for our trip to Halong bay! A really lovely hotel with wonderful staff - would recommend.
