The resort was elegant and well laid out. It catered for a wide range of customer accommodations all of whom who could enjoy the charming facilities. We enjoyed the different areas for serving meals and the variety of food offered. It was delightful to do the early morning tai chai and be pampered at the spa.

The only thing was that the jacuzzi was set a bit too hot. First world problems…

We loved our stay! We got an upgrade to a honeymoon suite, because it was our honeymoon, so nice! The room was amazing, as well as the whole resort. It’s really green and really calm. The staff is really, REALLY kind. Sometimes it felt too kind to be real haha. But Vietnamese people are really kind anyways :) A really nice detail was that they leave a new bedtime story on the bed every night. Plus they prep the room in the afternoon/evening for the night. Felt really luxurious. We also booked a luxury spa package which was 3 hours of bliss. The massage room was really pretty and the masseurs were really good.

The prices are quite high for the food. I dont know why the sauna is not included but is was ok.

A little bit of luxury! The treatments were fab, I did yoga every morning had a massage and a facial - delightful. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast by the pond was lovely. We had a plunge pool which we loved, free laundry service and mini bar. This was just what we needed after our travels.

Very nice resort with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful facilities. Our bungalow room was fantastic. The dinners in the Junrei restaurant are excellent. The breakfast options are enormous and first class. Staff are exceptional and the attention to detail and service provided by Claudia was really appreciated. Will stay here again.

We cannot wait to return.

We were in Bungalow 158 and we didn’t want to leave. 
This hotel is beautiful, with fantastic facilities. We loved the spa, sauna areas. 

The breakfast was yummy and varied. It’s definitely hotel that if you don’t want to leave for the day, and just relax, which we did often, you can. 

Special thanks to An and Thanh who helped to make our stay so special. 

We plan to return in the near future, hopefully for a week or two, and cannot wait. Loved it! Jord and Tom.

The quiet peaceful location in the trees. The staff ! The pool ! The gym which in its own air conditioned cabin within the trees. The bed ! The style of the room’s furniture. The bathtub. The FOOD! The welcoming cocktail and spring rolls. OMG I’m out of space !!

Nothing, we liked everything

The hotel is really fantastic, the gardens and surrounding are very nicely done. The pool is amazing and, without any doubts, the breakfast is the best we have ever had (not only in Vietnam). We also enjoyed very much the spa and massages.

Loved it all. Some people are negative about the location but the hotel has a free bus into Hue and a taxi is only 100VND.

Everything. On arrival we were met by Thanh who was our point of contact throughout our stay. We communicated via WhatsApp and any request was answered immediately. It was like having everything you wanted, whenever you wanted it. She was amazing. You should stay here for that level of service alone. It is an oasis of peace and beauty. Total silence apart from the sound of toads doing whatever they do. The grounds are beautiful and you will never be far away from a member of staff saying Xin Chao to you. We’ve never been anywhere where the staff all greet you everyday and everywhere with a hello and a smile. The room we stayed in was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. It was 43C every day we were here yet the room never felt anything other than cool. And the ac was virtually silent. The breakfast was amazing. Think everything you could ever want both Vietnamese and International. The free benefits of mini-bar, tai chi and yoga, laundry, spa massage and daily drink were just the icing on a delicious cake. We’ve never stayed anywhere as nice as this

We loved absolutely everything about this resort.It is a wonderful oasis , perfect for a few days chilling on our way through Vietnam. But i would have happily stayed much longer if we had time.The complimentary extras -Breakfast/ spa /drinks/ laundry really added an extra layer of pampering and convenience to our trip. The restaurant food is exceptional and really good value for money.
