We had an amazing time on Rita Cruises! Alice was very helpful in assisting us to arrange our stay in advance, and also checking in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we require. On board, the staff were welcoming, engaging and attentive. We particularly enjoyed speaking with Hung, who was professional and enthusiastic! The restaurant manager also went above and beyond to ensure that we could eat confidently with our dietary requirements, and the food was of exceptional quality! This made all the difference during our stay. We stayed for 2 night and 3 days. The activities were well organised and the perfect mix of relaxing and exciting! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and particularity enjoyed our day trip to a small local village as well as jumping off the day boat! Jay was a fantastic local guide who was clearly passionate about Ha Long Bay and very knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely return to Rita Cruises!

You have to get a small boat to the main boat which wasn’t super clear (or nice) so we were a bit concerned at the time…but then we saw how beautiful the main boat was and all the worry disappeared!

We liked everything.

We loved everything about our Cruise. Helen who attends to the bookings was amazing. She communicated with us from the day we made the booking till we got back to our hotel in Hanoi. She arranged transportation to and from our hotel and thought off everything. I can highly recommend this cruise and hope to go back one day to spend more time in Halong Bay.

Great communication between the rite cruise staff. They kept me well informed and answered any questions I wanted answering before my arrival. They arranged transport straight from my hotel in hanoi City centre and arranged my return, which was hassle free. Staff were all very helpful, polite and willing to please. The room was clean and comfortable, with its on decking space that gave you a chance to look out on the views while enjoying a drink. Plenty of food served to keep you full. Cocktails with tastey. Overall great night away

The cocktails need work. They certainly weren't luxury, we had better margaritas on beer street in Hanoi. You'd expect a luxury cruise like this to serve high quality cocktails. We were also told to bed at 10.15 by staff who were all, by that time, in their piamas and even serving us behind the bar in their PJs. This put a bit of a downer on the trip for us and is the only reason it didn't get a 10/10

Everything about this screamed luxury. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, food was amazing and the setting is just perfect.

Our room needed a little maintenance. There was a small leak in the bathroom and one of the lights was buzzing, however, as the stay was so short we didn’t complain - I am sure they would have fixed it if we did. The food was kind of European style which was a pity for us as we were interested in trying more local dishes. But these are small things and overall we really enjoyed.

As this is the only Ha long bay cruise we did, it’s hard to compare it to anything else. The staff on Rita cruise were outstanding, always on hand for anything we needed. Really enjoyed the activities we did - we did the 2 night option so visited cat ba island on the second day which was really great. I left my bag on the day boat by accident and the boat staff made sure that I got it back the next morning with everything inside which was much appreciated.

It was clean, nice size room with shower and jacuzzi bath, staff were brilliant, the food was great, the evening entertainment was enjoyable too. I dealt with Alice who arranged the whole thing and was so helpful with any queries we had and booked up our return transfer for us and it went smoothly, highly recommend this experience

There is nothing bad or that I did not like at all.

Everything was great, the staff, food, facilities, activities & accommodation. It exceeded our expectations & our whole family enjoyed our stay thoroughly! I have to give special acknowledgement to Alice from Hanoi office who was the one communicating with me about all the details. She was so helpful & detailed. Another person was Happy, the cruise Manager onboard. He was very friendly and very accommodative. Such a pleasant stay we had.

It wasn't long enough, we should have booked two nights.

From the start of the booking process with Alice ( always prompt to reply to any queries) to the transfer and finally onto the cruise, everything was perfect. All the staff members on the cruise went beyond to make us feel welcome and special. We had a wonderful Xmas party, the staff made Christmas eve a truly special evening. So glad we got to meet Alice on the cruise. A huge thank you to the management and the staff of the Rita cruise for giving us memories for ever.

Might have just been the group I was with but everyone was in their cabins at 9:15-9:30. I was having a final drink and felt like I was outstaying my welcome as they were cleaning up around me in the bar. It was 9:45!

Rita cruise surpassed our expectations. We stayed on the cruise ship over Christmas with our 3 young children and had the best time. The boat is beautiful, the staff were amazing right from the moment we booked and all through our stay and the activities and food were amazing. We would recommend this cruise to anybody. It’s the perfect way to see Ha Long bay with a bit of luxury.

Nothing. Couldn’t fault it!

This was the most incredible experience of our lives! Firstly, a beautiful place - Halong Bay is a MUST see. The Rita Cruise itself was the perfect way to do it. We felt the boat was well appointed, luxurious, and had great amenities. Our bathroom was particularly nice, and our private balcony. The views are spectacular. Kayaking and swimming activities great fun. Even two happy hours at the bar! The service, however, was the best part of the whole thing. Every member of staff was so friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to help. We were so impressed - thank you Happy and his team!
