We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Although the hotel is located in a busy part of Hanoi, it is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is fantastic, alert and always ready to help. They give you the best sightseeing and food recommendations the moment you arrive. We asked about the trip to Ha Long Bay and they organized it for us too. The rooms are well-equipped and tidy. There were many breakfast options also vegetarian, fresh juice, fruit etc. Everything was fresh and tasty. Close to many sightseeing locations. We loved our stay there and definitely would come back.

The experience I had with hotel stuff is one of the best in my life!!! I booked a room using Booking.com and contacted with a request to help me organize my trips to Ha Long and Da Nang (Ms Sue). Everything was done with great care and quickly. Upon arrival we had a 10 min thorough talk of where to go to eat, have drinks, what to see, where given very particular map ... We were literally surrounded by care and high attention. Every time leaving the hotel we were given useful tips and water. The hotel staff is THE BEST in client relations and I've been to 68 countries and really value that level of professionalism.

PolandI rate this hotel 11/10, the place is absolutely amazing. The staff are great - extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. They offer you help before you even ask! Everyone also speaks good English. Thank you for the early check-in, pre-trip shower option, luggage store and all the great help and hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was new. One of the best I've ever slept in Vietnam! The breakfast was tasty and varied. This place is perfect located, in the Old Quarter but at the same time on a quiet street. I definetely recommend this hotel to anyone! Great people work there :) Thank you very much for an amazing stay!

United KingdomFor us, our only criticism was the AC which could have been better, stronger. It took a few hours to cool the room and then was only a few degrees, not as cool as we would have liked, we fed this back at checkout. Otherwise everything was great!
Location and staff were brilliant! Very welcoming and offered us a choice of room for our 6'3+ heights as the room we booked had lowish shower facilities. Very considerate and helpful! Breakfast was also very good, I liked the buffet choice with availability of eggs many ways to order 👍🏻👍🏻

SingaporeCurtains at the toilet couldn’t close fully. There was always a tiny gap. Toilet glass could be frosted better. Still able to see the silhouette of a person inside rather clearly. Would be great if it could be much more opaque. Both aren’t big issues, but would be perfect if fixed.
Excellent service staff! Loved that they have a WhatsApp, so I could easily send them a message instead of calling using the hotel room’s phone. Avoids any miscommunication! Extremely helpful with guests, good command of English.
