We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location made it easy to get a taxi or Grab every time we went out. The hotel has a simple but nice design, and the room felt appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Front desk service was very nice (although they kept our passports and no other hotel during our visit to Vietnam did that). Laundry is pretty expensive compared to other hotels, but they did a great job.

United KingdomThe only issue was the hot water - it was very difficult to control - it was either too hot or cold, so I had to keep adjusting throughout the shower. Didn't make for an enjoyable shower experience. This might have just been an issue in our room.
Great location in the centre of town, very close to the riverfront. The room was clean. Staff were really helpful, and quick to respond to messages on booking.com, and organised a private car for us to go to the Hai Van Pass, and then to Hoi An.

SingaporeAppreciate if you could label the type of meat served at the cold cut/soup/noodle section. Due to religion concern, we're unable to consume beef. The staff unable to understand when asked. The room was kinda small for 3 persons, barely fit 1 large and 1 medium luggage and the walking space was restrictive.
The staff were smiley and friendly throughout my stay. From the moment we arrived, they helped us with our luggage and provide us cold water. The doorman always greeted us with a bright smile. We were assigned to the 15th floor, Room 1508 which have a fabulous view of the 2 bridges from afar. The hotel provide basic necessities and 3 egg tarts which was delicious. We had complimentary 30mins massage. It may due to the festive season resulted in shortage of staff, they were only able to serve one person at a time. The breakfast spread was sufficient.
