The atmosphere is so relaxed and peaceful. There was a beautiful form of simplicity to the hotel and rooms, loved the furniture. The staff were so smiley and attentive yet fully left you to it. Really good value for money and we are so glad we picked it!!

Excellent service by the hotel staffs. The room was comfortable and clean. They accommodated our requests and gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and places of interest. Hotel also arranged a wonderful Ha Long cruise too. Very pleased with the overall service. Highly recommended for couples.

We had a lovely stay at the Midori Boutique hotel. Staff could not do enough for you. They went above and beyond. They decorated our room for a special occasion which was a really thoughtful touch. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is also great, you can move to anywhere in the city without spending much time.

Midori Boutique Hotel is located in the most beautiful area of the city. The staff here are fantastic, always there to assist if required and offering advise if required. Breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious and varied. When we return to Hanoi we will definitely be staying at this hotel. Thanks again to all the staff. We had a great stay.

We had a really excellent stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us! When we arrived very early on our first day in Vietnam, they tried to check us in as soon as a room became available. We received the warmest welcome! The staff was just extraordinarily kind. They provided us with many helpful tips and made our stay really enjoyable. Our room was beautiful and the lady looking after our room kept in in pristine condition - very clean and nice. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Midori Boutique hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our two nights stay. Everything including the rooms, food, location and services were amazing. But the employees were the best part of our experience as they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Hanoi can be very chaotic and Midori was our sanctuary!

We began our trip in Hanoi, ended in Danang. During our trip we stayed in 5 hotels, and this one was our absolute favorite. It is ideally situated in the heart of the city, so going out and about both day and night were equally easy and enjoyable. The furnishings and amenities were lovely. Breakfast in the restaurant was the best part of the day. We found the staff to be exceptional. We were always welcomed every time we return to the hotel. All staff were always attentive and cordial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing and comfortable stay at Midori Boutique. The staff are welcoming and always wear a smile. They are always to help you and make your stay comfortable. Rooms are big, comfortable and super clean. Bathrooms are clean and sparkling Bed is super comfortable with soft pillow and sleep quality is fantastic. Frankly the hotel, facilities and service is 5 Star. I would say it’s 5 Star stay at 3 star price. Highly recommended as the location is perfect and will definitely come back.

I recently stayed here and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant, added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

I would highly recommend this place. Couldn’t really fault anything. We had a great stay here. Firstly, the staff were amazing. Very friendly and went above and beyond to assist with travel plans. The hotel is in a great location. Also, if you are a coffee lover, I was surprised to get a good coffee nearby. The buffet breakfast was nice. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable and clean.

Midori Boutique was such a wonderful place to stay during my family's recent visit to Hanoi. First it is located in a great part of the city - close to everything. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to serve. They are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a convenient hotel and can easily access to the shopping area. The hotel room was very clean and overall service was good. The food here was also very delicious and diverse. We had 2 separate stays and both were very good. We had kids and elderly with us, over everyone was satisfied.

This was our favourite hotel during our entire stay in Vietnam which was down to its staff. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of space, a bathroom on each floor, super king sized beds and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the city. Plenty of choice for breakfast and delicious dinner in the restaurant. We loved it!

This is our second time visit this place. It was still amazing, the staff were super helpful, they gave us tips and recommendations of places to visit and food, very attentive, always happy to help. The restaurant offers lots of delicious food and drink and has really nice calm atmosphere to it. In general, Midori Boutique will always be our choice to stay in Hanoi in the future

We had a lovely stay spent 3 nights in Hanoi. The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel looks beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. Centrally located and offered great day , we did Ha Long Bay and a city tour where we visited the national monuments the war museum,etc. Great time!!!

Was a little noisy at night due to other guests and staff playing music or videos on their phone/tv, this could be improved. Also very loud in the morning when staff seemed to be tidying/cleaning in the corridors around 6am, not awful but should be avoided! But we would stay again!

Lovely property, nice chill location but easy walk to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff, room well equipped and spacious enough. No real window or view but you know that when you book it! Nice breakfast and very helpful at check out.

What a wonderful stay. This was our first time in Vietnam and the staff here made our stay here amazing. The staff here really go above and beyond! The amenities were all great. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and everything was well maintained and clean. The hotel is only a short walk from amazing restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is right at the center of Hanoi city. The breakfast is great and gives a really big variety and the hotel in general is just gorgeous.

One morning I got to breakfast later then my usual time, and I was shocked to see how many people were staying there. The staff made us feel like we are the only and the most important people to be staying there. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and boutique. Walking distance to phenomenal restaurants and shopping. We stayed here twice during our trip and hope to visit again in the future.

We stayed at the Midori Boutique for 3 nights. Our experience has been fantastic. The hotel is really well situated for anyone wanting to explore Hanoi. It provides great facilities as a base of operations if you want to split your day into multiple excursions. However the best thing about our stay were the people working at the hotel from the intial booking of our stay, to the greeting on reception right through to our departure they were exceptional. I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone on a city visit to Hanoi.
