I couldn't fault the Sheraton.

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast and the staff especially Rikky. The room was fabulous and the access to the beach was easy with beds and umbrellas. The gym was large and the infinity pool really good.

The staff were outstanding, it was a celebratory to for my wife's 60th birthday, the staff went out of their way to make it very special. Decorated or room and gave a cake, very special. But also other outstand service, from help booking restaurants, to help at the pool with minor first aid. Really great, highly recommended

The ONLY complaint is that dinning room could have been cleaned a little better: there were some food crumbs on the floor around and on some of the seating in the breakfast dining room, and the windows below the table level should have been cleaned better too. I was NOT concerned about food safety, since the food buffet areas, dinner tables, and staff were clean. I'm normally concerned about food safety and cleanliness of restaurants, so some people might not even notice (my wife did not).

The ocean view looked like the pictures posted; we had a nice view of Vinpearl Island. Convenient location. There's a shopping mall within a one minute walk along the main road, which has a great grocery store, department stores, restaurants, brand name goods, money exchange, etc. The typical Sheraton breakfast buffet was a great, with a variety of options. ALL staff were very friendly and very helpful, from the greeting at the main entrance to the reception and dinning.

Loved the everything! Not a bad word to say!

Amazing stay!! We stayed in their executive suite and the views were unreal! The breakfasts were really nice, a wide selection of things! Room service & house keeping were always great quality & the separate living room + bedroom was amazing for when my partner needed to work! The panoramic views from every single room was INCREDIBLE - will stay here again when in Vietnam! Also the infinity pool and view from the rooftop were just incredible I loved every single pool day! You can just cross the road and chill by the ocean with a coconut if you fancy that as well! The hotel facilities offer a lot like the spa, gym etc is great!

Lots of choice at breakfast, but food should be hotter.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great Seaview. The pool area on the 6th floor was fab, and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach.

Got a room upgrade to a suite and it made my stay so wonderful! The TV are so advanced and i can enjoy Netflix at night. Room amenities are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was a little dated. Sink was too shallow, water would always splash out. Needs more space on the vanity.
