They could use AC in the lobby, especially as it was hot outside. There could also be improved sound proofing between the room and the hallways. It didn't happen too often but when there were other guests talking in the hallway it could be quite loud.

The service was really great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfortable. They offered us free breakfast as the building was still under construction a little bit.

Being a frequent business traveller to Hanoi, I have stayed in many 5-Stars hotel. This was a short stay-over for 1 night with my wife and we decided to select L'Signature in the Old Quarters. The service I received at L'Signature left a very positive impression with us - each and every one of the staff made it a point to greet and engage you as a friend and try their best to be helpful. Their warmth and hospitality is beyond reproach. The entire experience was very pleasant -efficient check-in, the friendly front-desk staff, the location of the hotel within the Old Quarters, the clean and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities you may need, bright atmosphere, excellent breakfast at the brand new restaurant on the 12th Floor, concierge service etc. I could remember meeting any of the staff without a smile on their face during our stay. The management and staff of this hotel truly deserves the appreciation and thanks for making our stay wonderful!! We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

The welcome is so delicate and intense that you feel troubled. Room well equipped, designed and furnished. Location next to Hoan Kiem lake is perfect in a quite street. For me, it will be the place you must stay in this area.

A great location in the heart of Old Quarter and easy to walk to most locations. Very friendly staff who were excellent in giving recommendations and helping us with our stay. Decent sized rooms and very clean inside. Breakfast was great with alot of good options.

Breakfast was excellent. Varied, would suit anyone. The staff are also excellent.They work as a team and are more than helpful. The location is also great. You are just around the corner from the lake in the middle of town yet you are in a quiet street. You are also close to a variety of shops from market to high end.

Customer service is the best I’ve ever received. Everyone was so helpful and the customer service manager was so great, spoke excellent English and made me feel very valued and looked after as a customer. BEAUTIFUL rooms and facilities. Yummy breakfast and location was perfect and surrounded by the best restaurants and shops. I would loveee to stay again and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Minor thing but the bathroom is very open. Toilet door doesn’t give much privacy and the shower is open to the bedroom ( albeit with a sheer curtain that can be pulled across). Fine for couples, maybe not for friends ….

The location is unbeatable, close to everything. The staff were friendly and efficient and really made sure we had everything we needed and more. They sent our cases to our next hotel for us when we went to our overnight Halong Bay tour which was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent staff. Modern and clean. Great breakfast. Loved the room and shower. Appreciated the free room upgrade, free breakfast, and the ability to shower after checkout before our 11.00 pm flight. This more than compensated for the very mild inconveniences of work that was being carried out at the hotel. The renovations should be completed in 4 weeks. I would rate it 15/10 if I could.

The hotel were super friendly and super helpful. My friend and I came to Hanoi for 3 nights all spread out separately as we did a night in Hanoi and then to ha Giang loop for 5 days, we then got back to Hanoi very late and stayed here. We then went to Ha long bay for 3 days and then back to this hotel again. They held our big bags whilst we were off on these trips, did all of our laundry and made sure all of our luggage was in our room every time we arrived which was very helpful. Rooms were lovey and team went above and beyond to help my friend and I. Would definitely recommend!

the hotel is still fairly new so it would be greate to see more facilities opening up such as pool, gym, bar and etc.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very convenient with most places within walking distance. The room was spacious for the two of us. Overall, would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great location, mins to every where, foods, cafes, healthcare spots, HaiNoi's iconic places surrouding with heap of choices from vibrant activitties to colouful and rich culture of history town... warmest welcome with loaded smile from Hotel's staffs, o'cuz its helpful manager also. I loved our stay in this hotel. The staff is exceptional! Everyone tried to make our stay comfortable. The greeting drink and snack at the reception was so nice. And breakfast-it is one of the best breakfasts ever! The location is superb

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! They attended to all our needs. They showed genuine interest in our trip and even have us recommendations for restaurants in the next city we were visiting. From the start the team were very welcoming and polite. The hotel itself is brand new, at the time of visiting it had only been open for a few months. The interiors are very modern and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, right in the heart of the historic old quarter of Hanoi with easy access to the attractions and plenty of spas and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Hanoi!

Excellent service and hospitality from hotel staff. Very sincere and generous in looking after the guests’ needs. Nice clean, cosy room design. Extremely comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. Location is near to the lake and many shops and good food within old quarter. Enjoyed my 2N stay.
