Amazing rooms in a new hotel in one of the best locations in Hanoi. Walking distance from all the Hanoi old town area and a street away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Area has lot of great restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes of walking. Breakfast buffet is amazing and staff is so helpful and responsive. They will automatically upgrade your room if available.

Very convenient location and exceptional customer service. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. We have booked a Halong Bay tour via the hotel and everything was handled flawlessly. Upon returning from the tour to the hotel, we were not staying for another night, and still had a few hours to spend prior to going to the airport. The hotel staff has offered a discounted transportation to the airport, kept our luggage while we went out to the Old Quarter for a farewell lunch, and even offered a free of charge room so we could take a shower (we didn't take an advantage of this due to time constrain). They have opened only a few months ago and were still working on finishing the sky bar, pool and spa. We were not bothered by any construction noice and haven't had any inconvenience. Upon finishing all facilities, it is going to be an exceptional value place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Every staff member had such an exceptional attitude and we felt most welcome, and would definitely return. Highly reccomend this hotel.

Not really anyones' fault but the noise from construction was a annoying. To be honest, it did start a little early considering we were on holiday! (7am) It would be so much better if breakfast was in the hotel itself.

Location was fantastic, staff amazing. They even prepared a breakfast for us to take away as our flight was very early.

The service was absolutely exceptional, especially from the manager. The building next to hotel had some temporary construction work going on which woke me up early at 8. The staff immediately upgraded me to the nicest room in the hotel with free late check out. You can expect a high level of quality from this place. However, what makes them stand out is how well they will act to remedy any inconvenience you may experience during your stay

Hotel's location is exceptional. It is quite literally one street away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and walking distance to almost every possible tourist destination spots within Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything were in order. More importantly, the bed in my executive suite, was extra large and fitted 1x 175cm tall young lady and 1x 183cm tall and really big sized man comfortably. Hotel staffs were even better. They were polite, remembered our names, greeted us every morning the moment we walked out of the lift and before heading out for our day, greeted us when we returned after a long day, and would bring out chairs and even water for us whenever we were just chilling outside the hotel's porch. We asked if we could have our rooms next to each other, and unfortunately, there were no deluxe rooms that were next to each other, and they upgraded one of our rooms to an executive suite, just so that we were staying on the same floor. All in all, L' Signature Hotel and Spa definitely hit it out of the park, exceeded my expectations, and made my stay at Hanoi a very comfortable and memorable one.

Room was a bit small but the hotel is located in the middle of town so we didn't stay for long in the room either. Good spas and restaurants nearby. Staff was really helpful. They helped us to contact our driver since the road was closes for car free day. They even carried our breakfasts to the room for us. Clean room, good AC.

First of all the location quietness of the room, breakfast , cleanness, the staff of the hotel and especially the manager of the hotel made the accommodation of us so special that definitely recommend the specific hotel!!!!!

Some parts of the hotel were still under construction during our stay. For example, the swimming pool. This didn't impact our stay too much.

The location was great. Very close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The hotel is brand new, so the cleanliness of it exceeded my expectations. We had a very comfortable room, and this made our stay much more restful and enjoyable. The manager Leo is very attentive and has great service. I am coming back to Hanoi next year and will definitely be choosing L'Signature again!

Skybar was under construction, but wasn't a big deal for us.

Probably the best hotel exp we've had. Had to change our arrival time no problem, was met by a super nice receptionist on arrival at 00.15 and because of our special trip we got a free upgrade plus free breakfast. All were very helpful and asking if they should pack breakfast for the last day if we were leaving early.
