United StatesThe food was surprisingly not up to par with the rest of the experience. While the morning breakfast was excellent, the dinner menu and food preparation/taste did not live up to expectations. Otherwise, we would have rated the overall experience a 10. But the overall experience was still unforgettable, and the overall restaurant team itself was wonderful and always tried to please.
The staff was incredible - as was the property itself! Absolutely beautiful setting. Especially stunning is the view from the beach bar near the dock, which is the center of the resort (I highly recommend the Pho drink that was suggested by the GM). Also, the spa was wonderful. Some of the best massages I have ever had. So much positive energy and overall vibes from both the surroundings and the staff. We felt grateful throughout our stay. It was truly magical. Particular kudos to Tri (our magnificent personal concierge and overall "soul"), the GM and assistant GM in training, and our spa team.

VietnamThe weekly activities were not given early enough but we understand the house rules of contacting the customers 24 hours in advance only. The internet speed is turtle like but again we are far away from the land. Disappointing cocktails with very faint alcohol content, despite the best sunset view at “drinks by the beach”
Luxury for the right meaning, carefully crafted programs with activities. The villas are beautifully located with all the top notched amenities. We got our room done twice a day with people helping to fold up the blinds or lower them down for the good sleep and filling up the water while we were away for fun water sports. Many activities to sign up for, vast area with changing landscape should you you hike up to the peaks. Free ice cream with amazing caramel sauce. Foods are generally good except for a few things we didn’t like the most (the feta cheese salad on à la carte menu and some pastry choices of the buffet night); on the other hand, great cold room for the charcuterie and salad.

United Arab EmiratesFood options were very limited. On Easter Sunday the options were either a gala dinner or room service. We had room service in three occasions and every time there were incorrect orders. Many of the kids club activities were charged at additional costs for which I found this disappointing when being charged 1,500usd a night for a hotel. Staff kept emphasizing what was chargeable and for a property of this nature I found it in bad taste. Staff understanding wasn’t great. This property does not deliver a six senses experience. Others such as Yao Noi or Zighy Bay are far superior. Disappointing and not value for money.

United KingdomThe transfers from the airport are very expensive, and the van was very low quality and generally uncomfortable. The journey by road should only be less than 40 minutes, but the drivers seem to be under instructions to take an hour which was painful. None of the restaurants are air conditioned and therefore always extremely warm and slightly uncomfortable. The food was ok but very average for the price. The watersports are expensive and in the case of waterskeeing the boat driver had no english and provided zero instruction/support and we spent the whole time not even getting up on the water. The communication was at times confused, for example we were told the gym would be closed throughout our stay by one person, another said it would open. We booked the e-foil for the following day but when we arrived they had double booked. All relatively minor issues in isolation, but for this level of resort this all needs to be tighter.
Its a special location and the villas are very private. The service is very good. The "ice cream corner", offering free ice creams and sorbets all day was excellent (shame it closes at 4.30pm). The gym is quite beautiful.
