It was ok but staff were yelling on top of their voice cleaning the rooms I suppose early in the morning. Really affect my sleep. Rooms should be sound proof. However the reception staff are super helpful. I really appreciate their efforts. 10/10 to the reception staff and breakfast staff

The pool was cold and not very clean and very small. The breakfast was a bit basic and a large group has just swept through when we came down, so there wasn’t much left and restocking didn’t seem to be happening. Breakfast room wasn’t very clean.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. They added a third bed for us. We were able to have late check out for 50% room fee - helpful for a late flight. Shower was nice. Helpful booking transfer etc.

the hotel met our needs for one night. no issues whatsoever really.

Loved this little hotel not too far from the action but in a more true local experience with the park across the street and plenty of coffee shops nearby. my favorite neighborhood in Hanoi!

roof top pòol tiny and not very clean. There was an issue with damp in the room so had to change rooms but front of house staff were v good.

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Great shower and very good location 15 min walk to most attractions. Breakfast buffet had good selection of options.

There wasn't a chair with the desk which would have made it easier to work the bathroom tiles were clean but a little worn and need a refresh The room lacks enough storage for two people and there are very few hangers in the wardrobe The breakfast is quite basic with not a lot of vegetarian options but plenty of fruits available Bring your own toiletries as there is only one soap and it doesn't smell nice

The location is ideal. In the centre of town and walkable to many sights The staff are really sweet and polite They make fresh eggs for you in the morning but when it is busy you would find a long wait for your eggs. The bread at breakfast time was really amazing. Bed is really comfortable Slippers in the room are a great touch The staff at reception saved us from a taxi scam as well. We ordered a grab to bring us back to the hotel at night but the taxi driver at dropoff started shouting at us about something and pointing at the seat as if saying that you have spoiled my seats. What we didn't realise is that the kind receptionist had come out with an umbrella for us as it was raining. As the driver saw the hotel staff he straightaway changed his story and said that he was just asking us to check the back seat but that wasn't at all the case. So he saved us from being scammed. Sorry I can't remember his name but to be fair all of them were really lovely and helpful

Good breakfast, great value for price. The pool is cold water but was a refreshing bonus. We enjoyed being across from the park with exercise stations and good people watching.
