You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt’s not about the property but the beach has receded over the past few years which means it’s a short walk out of the property to actually be on the beach. My partner and I had a bottle of champagne and were told off by the staff for having it at the beach area deckchairs.

Everything was just easy. Had nothing to be concerned about and everything just worked. There's nothing better than having no fuss when you need a break and have your 2 year old with you.

AustriaThe sight from the hotel is perfect, but when you look back from the beach you can see that the see is washing away the beach over a long distance. We hope for saving this wonderful area and the cocotrees.
Wonderful small and charming resort. Very good breakfast and restaurant with very good service. The best of it, it is so quiet - no animation, no loud music, best for some relaxed days.

VietnamThe waiting time in the restaurant is quite long. The prices are quite high for Muine as well. Can eat seafood 4 times cheaper in the city. We stayed on the first floor and had mouse in our room. The price of the rooms now is good, but it’s half of their usual price. Wouldn’t stay for the usual price, too high, the resort is quite small.
The resort looks very nice, has two beautiful swimming pools and a restaurant / bar. The rooms are quite nice too. It was a bit empty when we stayed there (due to Covid), so for our last day they let us check out later.
