Amazing hotel right in the middle of nature in Tam Coc. Each hotel room is effectively it's own bungalow, set within the beautiful gardens. Great views of the limestone outcrops from the bar, restaurant and swimming pool. We also loved the sounds of nature after dark as the wildlife came to life. However, the hotel are very adept at helping guests deal with insects, including with citronella fragrances throughout the resort and mosquito nets in the rooms. The location is alsovery handy for seeing the area's main attractions - we used the free bicycles to see Tam Coc and Mua Caves, all within easy cycling distance of the hotel.

Not cheap - but definitely worth it.

Fantastic setting in country side. Near the Sunshine Valley (5 min by hotel bikes) - great area. The restaurant is best in class - had dinner there every night . excellent.

Absolutely nothing

Wow, just wow. What an amazing place and stunning huge room with a patio. This is one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Full of character, great bathroom and very clean. All the staff were excellent, someone saw us moving our bags when were were heading to check out and radioed. Seconds later a man with a trolley rocked up! Breakfast was excellent, main meals on one night was excellent, the other OK. Ninh Binh is a major tourist destination and there are many places to stay but when we said we were here our driver just said 'ive been in there and its the best place by far'. It's expensive for Vietnam but was worth every penny for us.

The resort and Maison Que are beautiful, the food is lovely. The spa treatments were very good and the staff is wonderful especially Tù and Chi! 🙏🏻🪷💙

The food in the restaurant was ok not great having eaten delicious Vietnamese food outside the hotel I found the restaurant food a bit bland. The duck was very n a very sugary sweet sauce, the shrimp in coconut the night before was also in a sugary sweet sauce. There seemed to be little use of all of the wonderful herbs and flavors one gets with great Vietnamese cuisine like lemon grass, basil coriander. The food just tasted sweet. Breakfast was also just ok. The sausages lacked flavor and seemed like they’d been frozen. The bacon was fatty and not too flavorful. The eggs were overcooked.

The location was great and the hotel and my room beautiful.

Having to leave!

Everything! This is perfection in a resort! From the moment we arrived we knew we had landed in heaven! Every member of staff is welcoming, go the extra mile, are friendly, you feel like you’re at home! The surroundings/landscaping is divine with nature on your doorstep! Our mountain verandah was extremely well equipped and comfortable, the good night story and chocolate perfected the end of the day. All trips and spa treatments were well organised and great experiences! The food was the best! I love breakfast and this was the best! The egg coffee was the best we had across Vietnam. The cocktails…oh my! Try the Pho cocktail! We didn’t want to leave at all and if they weren’t fully booked, we would have altered our plans to stay another week! We will return in a heartbeat!

Lack of sound insulation in the bathroom meant that, when in that area, we could hear every word and every toileting sound made by our neighbour and presumably vice versa.

Lovely setting, food was generally good, and appreciated the free use of bikes.

Everything was great.

Very calm and quite setting. Beautiful nature. Very good restaurant. Very friendly staff with a sense of humor. Sauna was for free because of the unexpected cold weather.

Price wise it’s aimed at foreigners. I only hope that the prices being charged is reflected in the wages that the workers receive.

Great resort. Very quiet. The most luxurious there is for the Tam Coc / Ninh Binh area. A tad on the overpriced side compared to other places in the area but worth a visit and a stay. Very scenic. Very tranquil.

It’s a little far from Tam Coc centre, but the peace and quiet is nice.

Stripped back luxury at its best. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful while the rooms and incredibly farm chic. The staff at the restaurant are amazing and the food is one of the best we had in Vietnam.

Staff welcoming and friendly, beautiful tranquil environment, great food. Our room was the perfect balance of all mod cons yet it felt very natural and relaxing. The gardens were peaceful and relaxing and the view from our room was lovely - you can't help but feel relaxed in such a beautiful environment. The bikes provided were comfortable, good quality bikes which made riding them much more enjoyable.

A very tranquil setting with beautiful views of Lilly ponds and mountains. The whole resort was beautifully laid out with circular pathways through flowering gardens and fruit trees.
