Clean and tidy. Love the balcony view. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hue, just a walking distance to Truong Tien bridge and Perfume river. Good food is around as well.

We had a nice stay here. Very close to the river and citadle. The rooms are big and the bathroom is huge! The staff are helpful and booked our bus to Ninh binh for us. Definitely recommend 😊

Comfortable bed, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, helpful and friendly staff. Good location for walking to the Imperial City as well as to the night life area with lots of great restaurants. They upgrade us to a larger room with balcony at no extra charge, which was very nice. Also, we arrived early in the morning but they gave us access to our room right away.

A very spacious room, sparkling clean, with balcony. The hotel is in a small quiet road, a short walk to the old town. It is also next to a brand new exquisite café, the Hue Café. The staff was kind enough to arrange for an early check in, which was a treat since we were coming from a quite long trip in a sleeping bus. I definitely recommend Thai Binh hotel it if you plan to visit Hue!

Minor issue - water in the bathroom takes a long time to heat up. staff explained that it runs on solar energy.

Clean, comfortable, good location, helpful staff, accepted debit cards with no card charges while some other hotels imposed the 3% charge.

Communication was not easy owing to language barrier, but we managed. Cleaners start the day very early leading to early wake up calls for room cleaning or general noise levels due to it. Plug points are hard to find leading to aphone charging way out in the room somewhere and not near your bed. No light switches near the bed.

The room was very spacious with dark wood furniture and bed - a bit dated would be the ideal description of the whole hotel, rooms, furniture etc. But do not judge a book by its covers - the bed and the bathroom were very clean, including linen and towels. One of the receptionists was very friendly, smiling, and customer-oriented with good English. But do not expect others in the hotel to be that friendly, and communicable, as language is a barrier here (even for me using a translation app). I can recommend the hotel as very good value for money, and very clean, with an ideal location very central to major sights, and the train and bus stations.

The refrigerator did not work and even when changed only worked sometimes. Only one light switch in the room which switched on all the lights came on. So no soft lighting.

We arrived very late, we had pre warned the place; there was a bit of a fluster but eventually we got our room. No breakfast available but place to eat are very close by, very comfortable beds.

Our booking includes breakfast but it does not provide by the hotel and not retrun or discount on breakfast. The hotel should change the correct information. Since we expect the breakfast and we have to pay extra.
