the room was big and clean. it also came with bathrobes and aircon which is super essential during summer. you can book a motor bike at the reception which is super useful to explore the city

You need a scooter (which you can get for 150k at the hotel) or a taxi to roam around.

The best hotel we have been so far in Vietnam! 10 out of 10! For cleanliness, comfy bed, spacious rooms,amazing SPA bathroom, and incredible work space desk and chair ! The breakfast and especially the omlette was delicious and the staff most attentive and sweet! Lovely people and great service! Also lovely views from the 11th floor breakfast room! Scooter and service was also great and amooth process and good value.We will love to stay again when in Da Nang - the city and people itself are incredible! We miss you already and wish to come back. Much love and gratitude from us!

We were able to check in at 06:30am which was really appreciated after our overnight bus journey. We were also given a free room upgrade. Big, clean room & bathroom with a bath. Bed was very comfortable.

There was a huge roach in our bathroom - can’t be helped, and we just put a glass over it and left it alone!

I booked a superior room to stay in with my friend but the receptionists recommended we move to the river one which was a worthy choice! Our booking includes breakfast for 2 people so I don't hesitate to give them compliments about the service here. They also mentioned the fireworks competition in June and I think I will come back with my family soon.

Just that there is only one lift so it takes some time for the lift to get to the floor sometimes but no biggie!

The staff was really nice about everything. Made everything, including the renting of motorbike seamless. We may have a little language barrier but the staff did everything they could to help is out. And the toilet we had in our room was amazing too!

I loved everything about this hotel. I loved the view from the room ( I booked Riverside view room), I loved the view from the rooftop. The breakfast was good and the staff was great and friendly. Room is clean, bathroom even has hot tub and Japanese toilet:)

We booked a smaller room which was crowded with unnecessary furniture so not much room for us and large bags!

The hotel was right on the river and about a 2 klm walk to the dragon bridge, with eating and drinking spots along the way. also the streets at the back of the hotel had lots of local eating options. Great bathroom.

Things aren't perfect but with the great staff, good location and good rooms, any flaws are irrelevant.

Staff at reception are super accommodating, attentive and genuinely interested in your stay requirements. Specially the two ladies and the lovely guy that helped us with the luggage for our large group a number of occasions. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and spotless and some with a great view. Items in the minibar aren't overpriced as in all other hotels ever. Location is ideal to move around in Da Nang day and night. Easy grab rides or scooter rental on the spot. They have access to different transport options and at way reasonable prices. Over all great experience for our group of 6 adults.

Nothing really. I didn't, but if you want to use the elevator, at those peak check-in & check out times, you might need to wait a little bit.

Just a short, one night stay for me this time. I managed to grab a great one night, room rate via Booking.Com and was pleased, that this then turned into a very clean, high floor, fully equipped room and bathroom. The hotel staff were all very helpful, in particular, Ms Phúc, in reception, who managed to be very efficient, polite, speedy and clearly talk to me in English, whilst also talking to her work colleagues in Vietnamese, all at the same time (!) The external views, from the top floor dining area are very pleasant on the eye and my own choice of breakfast up there, was more than enough, ahead of work, that day. I saw quite a lot of tourists checking in and out, so it seems like this hotel is a popular choice for longer stays too. The hotel's location is straightforward if you have your own transport, but if you don't, it's still easily reachable via Taxi. For what I needed and what I wanted to pay, just for a one night, quick stay over, I was more than happy with my choice.
