It was really cold and we wanted to turn on the AC but it never worked, it was a really shame because the room had everything. We’re in the 4th floor with no elevator and then we moved to the 5th so it was a bit uncomfortable to get there but it wasn’t the big issue.

The family was really nice, I don’t remember his name but he was really helpful in everything. The room is big and really comfy, the bathroom was good too, we had the problem that the floor broke down so we had to move to another room on the next floor but was nice too. We asked for a kettle and the room already had a fridge and a TV so you have everything you need.

Very comfortable little place for a cheap price, options to rent bicycles and scooter. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, the room is quite large albeit simple with two beds. Owner even offered to drive me to the train station for free. Great family business.

Great spot. Very close to night market walking area. Guest house was very comfortable and reasonably clean. We were there in winter and we got cold. We didn't realise it was going to be cold at the time, but asking for an extra blanket is ok. Staff very helpful and friendly, speaking English very well.

Lovely staff. Well located in the town centre near the local markets and a minimart. I rent a motorbike for a good price and a night bus to Huê. To be recommended!

My friend and I had meetings in the morning, and the owner moved us to the top floor so we could have a quieter room for the meetings, but unfortunately, the internet didn't work, so we had to cancel them. We've got very upset about it.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, he arranged our bus to Hue, and when our scooter stopped working in the middle of the city, he came to assist us. We also had laundry done for a fair price. The location was good.

Vey good staff. Allowed us to check in very late, since we came with the night bus around 4am plus they let us check out at 3pm so we could get some rest. Good, quiet room, very clean and a bit dark for a good night sleep.

Overall good value, the family running was nice and helpful. We got to book bus tickets and rent a motorbike through them effortlessly. Location was good with many things within walking distance.

We got to the guesthouse at 4am and the hosts were kind enough to let us in immediately so we could get some rest. That was a huge bonus. It's in central Ninh Binh in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were simple and clean. Perfect for a quick rest after a long night bus! Also really helpful arranging a taxi to Tam Coc at a very fair price.
