The staff didn't speak a word of English. The air-conditioner was very poor, and staff couldn't get it to work properly.

The owner is quite rude and would give bad looks every time you went in and out of the property. The window would not close and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep until at least midnight.

The location is good. However, in this area locals are constantly harassing you trying to sell you stuff.

It is on a busy street, so there can be a lot of traffic noise. But otherwise, a great stay.

I was a little worried about this booking as I had seen some bad reviews on Google maps before checking in. But I was very happy with my room! It was clean, spacious for 1 and comfortable. The aircon worked well and wasn't too loud (as can be the case in some places). The bathroom was functional and clean.

The hotel is located on quite busy street, so it may be a bit nosy.

The room was nice and comfortable. But the best part of the stay here was the hotel stuff. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the administrator, but she was very helpful and attentive to us. She helped us with laundry and motorbike. Near the hotel a lot of good places to eat and convenient store. Nice experience!

If you‘re not keen of animals be warned there may be some geckos in the room but you rarely see them

It was really close to some good restaurants and bars. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also they do the laundry for just 10k per kg what is the cheapest I paid so far. Really nice the laundry was also done in the afternoon the same day.

My recent stay at Casablanca Hotel was disappointing. The room condition was poor, with visible mold on the bed sheets, not matching the Booking.com listing. Additionally, I received a suspicious phone call urging cancellation due to a pricing error, raising concerns about the hotel’s integrity. I had to seek alternative accommodation, impacting my trip. I do not recommend staying here.

I booked Casablanca, but when I checked in, they said there's no room and moved us to Nana hotel ( cheap, dirty and unfriendly staff) without any apology. So rude

The towels where dirty, the bathroom was dirty aswell. The bed sheets looked used so we ask the girl at reception to get a change of towels and sheets and very kindly she change them for us. Also it was very nosy during the night, people will keep their door room open and you could hear all their conversations.

The Room and the entire Hotel is unfortunately not clean and the room was full with mold. The bed was not comfortable at all, the street and the hotel was very noisy during the night. Cant recommend this place at all if you are looking for q clean and quiet place

The room's cleanliness was severly lacking. It hadn't been dusted or vaccumed in a while, dust accumulated above shelves and under beds (from this it is easy to huess mopping hadn't occured in a while too, or other cleaning procedures). The linens were stained for the most part, maybe they were washed but not bleached. We also found a dying cockroach under one of the beds-- it can be noted that although service came to do the beds, they did not bother to do anything about it. There was also an empty can of coke under another bed. The bathroom was very basic, with the shower being the room itself. It hadnt been cleaned properly in a while, when the shower was first turned on, both dust and residues were drained from the floor with the water.

The location was the biggest highlight of the property. Shops were less than a minute walk away, and the city center was located 15 minutes away. Clubs and bars are also very close for those who enjoy partying (5-10min). The owner proposed to take care of the laundry in our stead, at market price (~20k/kg)-- after hearing part of our feedback she halved the price as service recovery.
