I found this hotel by chance when my other reservation failed, but I was very happy to stay here because the location was good and the room was clean and comfortable, although it was a little old. Generally, it was okay. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and they offered us a free breakfast served in a restaurant near the hotel (200m away), which was a very limited buffet breakfast, but it was okay and it was worth the money we spent.

We had several issues while staying here. First we booked a room with a window, but the room we got didn’t have one. They have rooms in the same category that makes it looks like they have windows, but it’s just a window with bricks on the other side. We told the staff and they let us change to another room after our first night that actually had a real window. The second room we got had a leakage in the tube connected to the sink. It would drip all day, not only when we didn’t use it, but all the time. We mentioned this several times to the staff, but instead of fixing it they just put towels underneath that would get soaked in 1 hours and then fill the bathroom floor. Didn’t feel like they took our complain serious. We were there during tet(new years) so a lot of people were not working and maybe they could get a hold of a plumber. That’s fine, but they wouldn’t say anything, just kinda wait for us to leave.

It’s a great location and the rooms are spacious.

Drainage system in the bathroom is a little bit inconvenient.

The breakfast is excellent. Just order from the menu. The freshly made omelettes are probably the best I've had from any hotel. You need to walk around the corner to another hotel, but it's not far. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

They have a few buildings as hotels. The photos on booking.com are different from my room. I reserved a room with a balcony. But the first night, my room had no balcony. They changed the next night, but only 80cm×200cm width balcony.

Room was a little small and the layout of the room was the most unusual that I have experienced, with the bed almost placed in the centre of the room. Too much furniture in the room made it feel cluttered.

The FAMILY ROOM. At check in we were told we had been upgraded to a better room. It was larger due to it being a Family Room, but everything else was not better. The room had a damp smell, the bathroom had mold marks everywhere, limited window view, and the a/c unit made a loud groaning noise every few minutes, making it extremely difficult to fall and stay asleep. We asked to change rooms, not possible for the second night but possible for the third (read above for that). My advice is to insist on the room you booked, politely decline upgrades to this room, these issues should be addressed.

The DOUBLE ROOM was great with a lovely balcony and view of the city. Bed was comfortable and it had a little sitting area. This area is the best in Hanoi, in my opinion, for less of a crowded experience but still close to lake and tourist sites. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was good, if you don't mind the short 4 minute walk. Concierges tried their best to rectify our complaint, which we appreciated. Also helped us speak with taxi drivers.

Good hotel. I booked a deluxe room. . The hotel staff let me stay in the honeymooon room. When I entered the room, they decorated the room very beautifully. I was very impressed with the hotel. Thank you hotel. I wanted to have a quick tour to Ha Long Bay. They introduced me to a hotel that had tours to Ha Long. The quality of the tour at the hotel is relatively good and cheap. I will return to this hotel. And introduce more friends to this hotel
