Honestly, no complains, it just ended too quickly.

Our guide during our cruise, Tiger, was the absolute best. He had great knowledge of the area, the history of Vietnam, good stories... and also super atentive! He really made the experience worthwhile. Also, the food aboard was excellent, didn't know what to expect but was gladly surprised.

There was nothing that we disliked

A fabulous trip into a peaceful area of Ha Long Bay. The team managing the boat were professional, the food good and our guide, Hieu, was outstanding. The activities were very well planned and fun! The beds were comfortable and the boat was very clean. If you are looking for an amazing experience, look no further.

Although food was excellent it was virtually all Asian and no tea or coffee was included in the price except at breakfast.

Clean and comfortable, quiet and away from most other boats. 2 night cruise and went to cleaner and quieter areas of Halong Bay.

Everything was perfect.

Louis was a great tour guide. He took great care to make sure that everyone had an amazing experience from start to finish. I really appreciate that without my even asking, he had special food made for me due to my peanut allergy. He was very kind and patient with our6 y.o. daughter. The cruise ship was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. We slept really well. The food was good quality - lots of variety. The days were well planned so that we had lots to do,but aLeo had the option to just relax. I would definitely recommend Unicharm to anyone.

There is too much garbage in the Bay, and the amount of air pollution made the Bay and amazing rock and limestone formations seem less than the spectacular sight it could have been.

The 3 day / 2 night cruise exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was unique and took us to places the other tours don’t go. This is an active cruise with heaps of great daily activities to get involved in (including kayaking, hiking, swimming and cycling). Dem was a brilliant tour host. He provided awesome service, planning, information and care for travellers. Highly recommend the cruise, and Dem as a guide. We travelled as a family of 5 (three teens).

More variety of food would be nice, but a small complaint. Overall, a lovely time was had.

The pick up and drop off at our Hanoi hotel was great. Loads of activities to do included Kayaking, hiking and biking, we were never bored. Louis was a great host and really looked after us. Plenty of food to eat. The boat docked in a quiet place and felt like we had the bay to ourselves, away from other boats. Room was a decent size. Vegetarians were taken care of. Towels were provided for the beach time.

I put together our independent itinerary ten months before our trip and, being the pedantic researcher I am, wanted to do my best to make sure we wouldn’t miss out on the best experience. What pulled my partner and I to The Unicharm was the itinerary. Most of Ha Long Bay, these days, is quite crowded with boats. Most boats that go out to the more tranquil Lan Ha Bay are the ones that do a two night/three day cruise. The Unicharm is one of a very small number that go out to Lan Ha Bay even for their one night / two day cruise… and within those twenty four hours, there’s so much included: kayaking, spring roll making, swimming, and a morning cycle on Cat Ba island. Our host, Binh, was professional, informative and quite funny. The food, during all meals, was varied and plenty and our room was lovely. If you want a good, professional boat with a an unbeatable itinerary, I’d definitely recommend Unicharm. We loved it.

Time schedules are very strict. Wake up early in the morning and no much time to rest. That is if you want to join the experiences otherwise you can just rest on the boat enjoying the views.

Quang was a great guide. Funny and always available The location is great , far from mass tourism deep into Lan ha bay. Kayaking and cycling were both very beautiful experiences.

We literally had no wifi or service for the entirety of the 3 days, but we expected that and honestly loved being away from our phones for this trip :)

This trip was hands down the best ever! We spent 3 days and 2 nights, and boy, are we glad we did! Trust me, one night wouldn't have cut it, especially with that epic hike up Ngu Lam Peak – the views were out of this world! Their unique itinerary speaks volumes; they steer clear of other boats, providing you with a secluded experience. Big shoutout to our guide, Quang. He made the whole trip a blast! Super chill, funny, and full of info. He was always snapping pics of us and making sure we were good on the boat. Thanks a ton, Quang, for making this trip one for the books!

The cruise took you on a more secluded area and Dem was a great tour guide. He joined us for karaoke and was a wealth of information. Loved having a tour guide with so much positivity every day. It is a very active tour so if you are not able bodied most of the activities would be challenging.
