The perfect stay!! This place is a tropical oasis, filled with plants, a huge pool and amazing decor. The breakfast is great, it's a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

It's one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have stayed at. Very cosy and calming. Added bonus is the lovely staff that was always ready to help. Breakfast also tastes really good. The only drawback for us was limited vegetarian options but whatever was there, tasted really well.

The weather could have been better but the pool made up for it!

The breakfast was excellent and the pool and sauna were a huge hit with the family. Our room had a balcony view of the pool so the kids could swim while we watched from the room.

Some staff do not understand English so would recommend using Google Translate to communicate requests. Would also recommend that the bread and pastries are at a separate area for breakfast, as someone who consumes halaal and is particular about cross-contamination, the bread was open and alongside steaming meat products.

Rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, excellent showers and strong WiFi. Free bicycles provided allow easy access to the beach, laundry service outlets, supermarkets and restaurants in Da Nang. Kitchenette equipped with microwave and crockery are very convenient. The pool is heated and can be enjoyed year round, there is also a sauna.

There was a strong smell of mold in my room, coming from the closet. I had to keep the porch open with a big fan (that the staff were kind enough to provide) or I wouldn't be able to bear it. Also, despite being a bit far from the center, there was still noticeable street noise. (and there was some construction noise too)

The building has a good atmosphere, and the big fish at the entrance are a cool decoration. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

1. Staff could have been more polite - was refused an extra duvet which was disappointing 2. No doors in the bathing area (bath tub)! Apparently very common in Vietnam 3. Breakfast was very average - limited options - cold pancakes (was corrected on day 2 when told)

Breakfast was confusing - first time I had a Pho Bo which was great, but other than that there were almost no options to choose from. On my checkout day I came around 6:45 (it's supposed to start at 6:30), but there was no one in the breakfast restaurant, so I made myself coffee with biscuits and waited, later on some food arrived, but again nothing really to choose from, so I got veggies, fried spring rolls and fruits. I understand that there are not many guests at this time of the year, so a possible solution could be - asking guests on check-in on what time they prefer to have breakfast and maybe provide a few main options to select from in advance - in this way it should be easier and more convenient to accommodate everyone's needs and chef's time. Another minor issue is with the staff regarding a hotel umbrella. It was raining on one of the days and I borrowed a hotel umbrella (which was quite old and half-broken, but I didn't care much as I planned to move to the restaurant only and take a taxi afterwards), so I forgot it at the bar as a result. 2 days after I was asked by staff to return it or got a new one as a substitution - it was rather shocking for me...as I said - the umbrella I got from the hotel was barely functioning but they still had the impudence to ask me to reimburse it... I stopped at the bar and brought it back as a result. However, if you want your guests to care about the umbrellas - get a proper set of new ones (branded maybe) for your guests, in this way a request to reimburse would be understandable.

-Spacy room, comfortable bed, balcony to chill, big fridge, stove (if you're in the mood for cooking) - the room (with a pool view) was great. -Swimming pool is refreshing and sufficient to make laps. -Location is good with a Winmart around the corner, delicious NU DO Kitchen within a few minutes walking and in general a nice area with not much traffic around.

Water heater capacity is abit too small .. after 10 minutes of filling the hot tub . the water heater is not so hot anymore. The staircase may be a little bit too slippery on rainy days which is a hazardous safety issue.

Highly Recommended for this stay. this is a boutique hotel but its services are almost similar to 4 or 5 star hotel services. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the beds are comfortable and soft. Their services are extremely good . I left my item in the hotel and they took initiative to let me know and arrange to deliver my item before my flight.

The staffs were very nice! They were so generous about our requests and kindly recommended many things we asked for and were so helpful during our stays in the property. There were shops nearby where you can buy snacks and souvenirs. The room was spacious too. The view and atmosphere were comfy. And there were many comments about the place being quite far from the center but i think it’s nothing to worry about because basically we mostly take a grab.

We liked everything. This is a small boutique hotel. 5/6 rooms in each floor. Very peacefull. The interior is super nice. We took a room with the koi pond view from the balcony. It was nice. You can just peacefully sit in the balcony for hours. The swimming is nice as well. We did not use the sauna though. The room is spacious. It has everything even if you want to stay for a long time. The neighbourhood itself is quite nice. Very quiet. Also not very far from the beach. The staff helped us with every car rental and our bana hills trip. They are super helpfull. You can take a bi-cycle from the hotel for free and roam aroud the neighbourhood.

I love the concept. I think pretty much most boutique hotel in Da Nang have similar concept. Nonetheless it’s beautiful and very calming. The staff, receptionist, kitchen and gardener are all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast spread was beautifully decorated.
