We came 30 minutes before end of breakfast and the buffet was from 80% empty, so we have really limited options for food. I understand that is not necessery to fill the food to full at the buffet, but I'll appreciate the question from staff if we want to bring something from the missing items just in small portions for us - I mean especially pastry and ham.

We really enjoy the stay and we get what we expect. The staff is really focused to the client and you have the feeling that all of them are there because of you. Very helpful receptionist helped us to arrange a motobike for reasonable price and we enjoy the surroundings. I also like small details like anniversary compliment, welcome letter etc. As I used to work in five star hotel for many years I know what I want and I really get it there.

We were only there for one night but I wish we had stayed for longer. The view was sensational! And it was so peaceful.

The rooms are spacious, but a bit dark even when all lights switched on. The pool area has not enough seating areas and too less sun beds. Due to the nature of the hotel positioned on a hill it has verious levels which are connected by stairs. Walking from the pool area to the reception takes some effort.

The hotel benefits from its superb location with an exceptional view over the landscape of Vietnam.

Rooms are a bit dated & it is quite pricey for Vietnam!

Stunning views of the Mekong Delta from the pool & restaurant areas. Room a little bit basic but private balcony was nice!

the view is stunning and value for money considering that I had a small motorcycle accident and the hotel manager called in the hotel nurse immediately to clean up my wounds - he was kind and generous and welcoming - I was very grateful

The only complain we have about the facility is for the mattress and pillows. They are super hard, not firm but hard, not sure what they're made off. Very interesting! It took us a while to check out. They will need to pay attention to who is there first, instead of serving whoever is better at cutting line.

Great location with amazing view points, all the main sightseeing are nearby. Breakfast is sumptuous. We ordered traditional dishes/set for dinner, and it was amazing. Service is excellent. Everyone is super helpful with a big smile, except for the receptionists.

Nothing to dislike

My wife and I arrived mid afternoon after our civil marriage in the morning. From the moment we checked in we were greeted and welcomed like VIPs. the reception staff were 1st class and their English was excellent. Our room was immaculate, a hand written welcome note was left on the table and a wonderful towel heart decoration was placed on the bed. The restaurant was well equipped, the menu was varied for Asian and Western tastes and the prices were very reasonable. Again the service was excellent , courteous and timely. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Staff were excellent and very caring. Food was well made and tasty. Setting was spectacular and a peaceful respite from the intensity of Vietnam. Management obviously cares about customers and staff.

The restaurant provides only expensive Western style Vietnam food, local cuisine was not available, you need to leave the hotel to get proper Vietnam local food. Room will be checked after checkout, feels slightly offensive.

Overpriced Room with a view. Breakfast ist good.
