We have stayed at Nasama Resort for 7 nights. Apart from the swimming pool, there is no other facility or program for the guests. The sea is rough. The beach and the so-called safe-to-swim lagoon were set on a rough surface area, which was not inviting and not what we expected. The extra night we stayed in room 118, the door can push to open while we locked. and the air conditioning switched off every 15 to 20 minutes.

More resources for activities around Vanuatu would have been helpful.

Both restaurants were great, access to pool and amenities was super. Resort had character and charm, staff were all lovely and accomodating and made us feel so welcome.

I probably wouldn’t want to stay here for a longer period/ whole trip.

The bed/pillows was the most comfortable I have slept in while travelling. All staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe Vila meals were excellent!

Communication from staff could have been better. Speed of food service definitely on Vanuatu Island time but have experienced that everywhere.

Great little resort, not too many apartments. Cafe Vila and 3 Pigs were a standout, with great food, ala carte breakfast and decent choices for dinner.

Wasn't really anything we didn't like. I would say that if you're a couple looking for a couples quiet vacation this wouldn't be it as it's more family orientated

Breakfast was good a la carte, but the options get boring and you've soon tried everything.

The pool was nice and central, the rooms/buildings were well built and high standards. The "beach" was very smalle and the whole waterfront quite unutilized. The whole island was still recovering from a bad taifuun.

Not a good variety of tours on offer Snorkeling gear was terrible it was dirty an in very poor condition

The beach is a bit too exposed to the wind as are the balconies and the pool area became unpleasant due to high winds for the whole week. Perhaps there could be a few activities for children and a bit of organised fun, we ended up playing soccer with the local kids on the small sand area of the beach, which was a highlight of our trip. But that came about organically, perhaps a few activities could be set up for kids at the hotel to meet each other and play, like organised volleyball match.

The rooms were large and the food in the two cafes were of good quality. The reception staff were nice.

Chairs on the balcony were adequate but a sun lounger would have also been good for extra relaxation. Our wardrobe doors kept getting stuck so we couldn’t open them very far. We told reception but nothing was done. Service in the Cafe Vila was sometimes very slow. The food at Three Pigs Restaurant was okay but the music very loud all the time. When the weather was bad we had no choice but to sit inside so there was no escape from the noise.

Our room was comfortable and close to the beach and pool. Cafe Vila serves a good range of food to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there during an unexpected cyclone and the staff handled it well. I enjoyed the massage near the pool. It was lovely that was available on site. Easy access to town makes Nasama a good choice.

WIFi is average . And one of the restaurants was closed on Monday night . A small detail but was inconvenient .

Great location and amazing friendly staff, particularly in the restaurants and special mention to Elizabeth who epitomises outstanding friendly service . Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Location is out of town but close enough to still enjoy town.

I would have liked a traditional Vanuatu dish available on the breakfast menu (food was great though).

Great views and comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu had good variety and food was delicious. Great to have a mini kitchen to be able to make your own meals. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Quiet location out of the centre of Port Vila.

There was no gym unfortunately, and in some areas the property looked like it could use some love, renovations, but not critical

Clean and quiet, big rooms with a restrain terrace, easy access to the pool and the beach, nice little lagoon war so comfortable to swim and snorkel. 2 great restaurants with yummy food (highly recommend the food in both restaurants ) and nice friendly staff, the managers of the property were so good, the gentlemen, sorry I can’t remember his name and Sharlyn made everything possible and impossible to make or stay better. The hotel is a great value for money as well!

Solar hot water had its moments in ongoing cloudy weather, disappointing to see local kids being allowed to use the pools and sun lounges on the weekend (at the expense of paying guests)..

Great room views balcony, loved the kitchen in the room for cooking. Beautiful breeze at night for sleeping and ocean sounds didnt need the air conditioner. Had a leak in toilet they were on to it straight away and changed the shower head for us great response
