We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe bath had no plug when I arrived and the new plug the super helpful staff immediately installed couldn't be easily removed. The lights were dim and the batteries of the tv remote didn't work.
The staff was amazing and friendly, food was very good and had a good price.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel didn't have a breakfast, The AC was very bad and sometimes it shutdown every 2 hours , even the electricity of the hotel sometimes shutdown after midnight and it was very hard to sleep at night due high temperature . The coverage of the Wi-Fi was limited in some areas .
I liked the beds in the rooms it was comfy and the bathroom was clean . the café in hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The speed of the internet was good. The side walk behind the hotel was amazing.
