How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Nothing. We enjoyed our stay.
Good location, walking distance to boulevard. Great service. Friendly and approachable staff. Spacious room, with essentials, comfortable bed and very clean. The breakfast they offer is also good. Basel can bring you to the tourist spots outside the city (cave and monastery) with reasonable price, if you like. 😊

Very quiet despite the central location, within walking distance of all Pristina, the family running the place is always available to help, the breakfast is delicious, massive room, massive bathroom, daily change of towels, high-speed internet connection, comfortable bed, absolutely perfect stay.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to the center of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice and warm-hearted and also the breakfast was satisfactory. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

The room was large, spacious and clean with air conditioning. The lady running the hotel was very helpful and gave us advice and booked our taxi back to the airport. Just a 10 min walk to the main square with the shops, bars and restaurants.

All excellent.
Really nice family run hotel. Wifi fast, room clean and shower excellent. Breakfast of omelette and bread etc was really nice. Staff are unbelievably helpful.

The coffee is probably the only issue in the hotel: it is Nescafé (but probably the same would be in most other hotels around).
Hotel Prima is a small hotel, in a very good position: it is not in a tourist area, but is close to the center, close to many restaurants, and has a useful parking. The room is large and with a table suitable for working. The staff is kind and helpful. Tap water is good for drinking (thus no need for bottled water)

It was difficult to find the hotel. The traffic was very busy. I had to wait for a while for someone to move their car, as they blocked me in! Walking to the centre included navigating very busy traffic.
There was parking right outside the hotel room window :) Nice owner. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Decent wifi once the network was up and running. 10 mins walk from centre. Breakfast was included!

The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious. The Breakfast was Balkan standard (very good and enough to set you up for a few hours) Omelette,Bread,Yoghort,juice,Coffee. Location was 5 mins walk from the start of your day,so close to everything in centre. Family run Hotel and they were very nice people. Very Helpful and spoke good English. They were always happy to help. The Young Lad was very helpful at directions. Some great Restaurants nearby. When I come back again, I will look nowhere else to stay. Thank You.

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect.
Fantastic place to stay, clean, modern room and bathroom. Having travelled through the Balkans for 10 days, this was a breath of fresh air. Great breakfast. Super friendly and helpful too. Can definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again on my return.

Lack of elevator
The hotel is in a good location, close to many of the city's attractions. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. It also has private parking.

Nice atmosphere and very frendly staff. Good breakfast. They had time telling about Kosovo people and history. The refrigerator at the room didn'nt work well but was switched imediately with another one.

The warm and friendly staff are amazing! Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked for each person individually. The location is right in the middle of the old town. Comfortable, and a super value for money.
