“Breakfast was nice. They had fruit/yoghurt and then you could order omelett/different variations of eggs. We had our own splash pool. Dinner was fixed menus but the food was good. Though in the middle of a game reserve the lodge was fenced and safe to move around in.
The lodge is very remote so book with at least breakfast and dinner there absolutely no alternatives within 60 km. If you are going to Mapungubwe national park there is a restaurant with very limited choices of meals.
If you want to go on game drives or walks - book early.”
