The road leading to the lodge - gravel and it was drizzling so we got stuck in the mud... The noise (Dj) from the resort was too loud and went om for too long

You could tell that the place does get cleaned; however, it would help if it did get cleaned on the day it was booked for. The TV remote for my mom's room was for another room.

The place was definitely value for money, and it had all the necessities in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner was a bonus as Venda is very hot.

The road to get there was very bad. Gravel with most of the rocks when coming from the Pretoria side. However, if you go straight to Thohoyandou, it is so much better although it is a gravel road, it is a safer and better option. The GPS does take you there from the Pretoria side.

The place and rooms were very comfortable, clean and a lovely place to go too.

The Aircons need to be looked at. The aircon in room 2 needs to be regassed.

The rooms were value for money, the staff was accommodating and had superb facilities. We had the Ribs from the restaurant which were great.

1. The facility wifi kept going off and the connectivity for cellphone in the area is really bad. We spent pretty much the entire weekend with no connectivity 2. We booked 3 rooms and all of them had coackroaches 3. The noise by the pool area was also a bit much. They started playing music at 8am

The food was horrible, the kitchen staff has zero customer service and that is bad for business. The food was horrible and the chef needs more training, she served us raw pap and chicken. Takalani really tried to assist but the food came back worse than what it was initially, therefore I wouldn't advise anyone to order their food.

I really like how Takalani and Tondani welcomed us, they went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoy our stay.

Great Accommodation, it suited our needs and we were happy with what we got. Its clean, friendly staff, has a restaurant where you can order food and drinks. Rooms we a good size, facilities were good. We cooked in the self catering unit and braaied in the pool section. Yes there is a appox 12km dust road to take but for us it was part of the experience.
