I did not like how they made me pay again after I had booked through booking.com. Wats the point of getting their place listed under booking.com when they do not trust it to get their money through it..

There was nothing to dislike

First of all the staff yoooh they are very friendly, secondly The room was clean and everything inside the room was working very perfectly, even the yard is very clean we had a very beautiful night with my husband..I soo wish to go back there again ❤️

Found the staff to be rude. Not all customers speak their language. You'd ask a question in English, and they'd talk to each other in their language and give you looks before responding to you. When you got a response, it felt like you were bothering them. They'd blatantly talk about you as you leave the reception area. The shower was just trinkling water, I might as well have just stood outside in the rain for a shower. Rooms cleanliness was below standard, we had to go ask for toiletries from reception on arrival, as none were availabke in the room. Towels provided were clearly very old and worn. Beds were very uncomfortable. Roads leading to the lodge are very terrible. Make sure you're driving an off road to get here because your car will get damaged. This is one place I'll never come back to. Insects flying all over the room. No insect repellents or electric insect killers in rooms. These things were everywhere and very noisy.

The fact that our room was not cleaned on Saturday when we left in the morning. We were not made aware we need to leave the house keys with reception and inform them to clean. Cold showers. We showered with cold water two days in a row. They need to invest in alternatives. Multi plugs. Not enough sockets to put appliances. Staff need to be knowledgeable about how things work in the rooms. We struggled to find the lights switch on Friday night. They can also improve their breakfast menu. One of the ladies on Friday was not so pleasant. A more positive attitude would have been appreciated. Sadly I didn't get her name The safe was not working.

The towels looked like they were coming from a cow's mouth,filthy,the room was untidy. Poor network connection. We didn't even stay for all the nights we had booked,due to all of this. We only stayed 1 night . We demanded refund but they are not responding to us.

Midnight the air conditioner stopped working. It was too hot that we could not breathe and decided to go to the reception around 3am. Only to find the receptionist asleep because air conditioner was working on their side. It was so bad that we had to sleep in the car, our neighbours came outside too because they could not take it. Until we waited for morning to check out although we were supposed to stay for 1 more night. Worst thing is they did not even refund us. IT WAS HORRIBLE

The road is terrible, my weekend was almost ruined by the bad road They should actually clearly state that this place is deep in the village, so that people from out of town can have an idea and make informed decisions. I was woken up by a loud music, very inconsiderate for guests who are still sleeping. You can't play music in the early hours of the morning. Would not recommend it to anyone

the location ,,it is really far from civilization, they should put more signs that direct visitors to the venue. We got lost for almost an hour trying to find the place.

The place is so homely,, it was like a home far from home, Staff are so kind and helpful

By far the number one reason we will never use the place is the location. There is a long stretch of hard gravel road before you get to the place that we are not q as warned about. If you do not have an SUV, you find yourself unable to go and come as you please because the road is just too harsh for a normal car. The network is just horrible, while they provide wifi, it is far slower than 3g. Vodacom, MTN and Telkom were useless. The pool area is spoilt by loud music all day. We could not swim. There is pretty much nothing else to do. We found ourselves unable to drive in and out as we please because we wanted to limit the cars exposure to the bad road. Staff definitely needs some hospitality training.

The place is fair for the price. There is a generator for loadshedding and solar gysers. There are a couple of pools for the swimmers. The unit we booked had a garage, it was good not leaving the car in the harsh sun

Place is so quite and peacefully,we enjoyed every moment of it,very very friendly staff thumbs up to the lady at the reception and Adhibawo who prepared our meals ,ladies Ur services where more than excellent 👌 Keep it up!!!!
