Really great apartment, just a little let down by the kitchen.

The views from the apartment overlooking the bay are brilliant. Good sized apartment. Friendly hosts, safe location. Safe on site parking.

We were in a rental car which could struggle to get up the steep hill to the house… but we got the hang of it!

It was an ideal base to set off exploring Plett & nearby areas. Lovely to return to a secure, clean and spacious space with a glorious view. We probably should have taken more advantage of the balcony and admiring the view!

It was all great.

The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen area with everything we needed to make drinks and snacks. The seating area in the bedroom was lovely for relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine! The location is very central and there was a dedicated parking space. The host was very friendly and offered advice on places to visit etc. Definitely recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights at Lookout Lodge in Feb 2024. The room was beautiful, with a super-king sized bed, spacious bathroom, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-fridge, cups, glasses, cutlery, crockery, etc (and a bottle opener). Tea and coffee also provided as well as a small carton of milk. Breathtaking views over the bay. We loved spending the evening watching the sun and clouds change colour, and also woke early on one morning to watch the sunrise. Lovely hosts too, they gave us recommendations for dinner and happily answered our questions. Secure parking for every room is included. Supermarkets/shops are a fairly short walk away (we used our car, so even quicker). Restaurants are also within walking distance, but car journey may be preferable. We walked to 'Lemon Grass' restaurant on our first night (which was a beachfront restaurant) - Good service and the food was nice enough! The next night we walked to 'The Lookout' (also on the beach) which was busier and we preferred it. The service was great and the food was delicious. All in all, we loved the Lookout Lodge and hope to return!

The view is sensational. From the balcony you can see the sea and the wide sandy beach. The room is very nicely furnished and everything is very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable and had a fantastic time.

Host was very welcoming. Recommended restaurants for us and made us feel at home. Very central and convenient location. Very secure property and extremely comfortable room! The view was no doubt, one of the finest in the area. We definitely highly recommend and will stay here again if we visit Plett. Bay.
