You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaA few nights the neigbours were noisy, but I suppose it is expected as there seems to be alot of owners living in the complex.
Loved the Wifi and Aircons. Overall the unit was lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool in the complex, after being rolled around by the ocean is great to just hang in the refreshing calm clear pool water.

South AfricaThe bathroom needs a different style door as you can't get into the shower at all without closing the door. With it being so tiny, it makes you feel very uncomfortable. It advertised a see view of which it didn't have.
It's got a lovely setup kitchen and lounge.

South AfricaThe inappropriately tall washing basin in the bathroom. The property also seems to use domestic material for bedding and linen instead of the commercial hotely type of quality. The sleeper couch is also uncomfortable and it is not clear how to convert it into a bed.
This place offers great value for money. It is clean and comfortable and has a working lift, air conditioning, and a swimming pool. What more can a guest want at that price range?

South AfricaThe kitchen sink was smelly. The decor was too busy. I packed cushions and big shell away in cupboard, and turned the canoe shelf thingie around to face the wall. The fumes from the Shell Petrol station wafted over as well as the dagga smoke from someone in the building. Suggest more security be added to door.
