You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The Manager (TREVOR) was very good to us we arrived earlier than the time we expected and within no time he was there to take care of us, we really appreciate Mr Trevor very much and his assistant their service was marvellous and I would strongly recommend anyone to visit the place, there is so much to enjoy, the balcony, the view, braai area and the pool.

Everything honestly, it was very beautiful, clean and homely. The photos on the website really don’t do justice to the real beauty of apartment 1403. The host, Trevor is a sweetheart - the best ever! As well as his “assistant”…I’m sorry I forgot his name, very soft spoken lad with a warm personality.

We arrived very late and they were able to accommodate our VERY late check in, It was probably one of the best apartment we have stayed in terms of staff friendliness, host's humility The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.
