Not the properties fault but the load shedding is a problem. Luckily we had a schedule of times for the shedding.

Loved the location. So easy to get to great game parks IMfolozi & Hluhluwe we saw the big five first day and everything in between the other days spent at the parks. If you go into the local park remember to fill up with petrol and food as there aren’t any in the local park it is also worth visiting.

We LOVED this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had backup power for load shedding. Our host, Joey, was phenomenal and took such good care of us. We had an early check in and this gave us another day in this beautiful town. We went home super rested and relaxed and ready for our own season to begin.

The security guard tried persuading one of the sister wife's I was with. When she erejected him he lied about us bending the rules

The shower cabins door closed only half way. So We had to mop the floor outside the Cabin after showering. This needed immediate replacement. NB. The night before we left there was Power cut. We were notified. We waited for the caretaker to check out. She never came. We called and left message. She never called back eventually We left. She didnt refund our Deposit of 800 rand paid. In The evening after We had left She answered the our call She didnt tell us why She never came to check us out and refund our deposit. She asked for our bank details which We text to Her. We havent received any notigication to date.

When ever re pointed out something that wasnt working, the caretaker got it fixed. We had a camping gas one burner stove in case of power cut.

Can get noisy when you have tour groups staying in units below you. Bathroom is a little small and no vanity.

Loved the location, very central and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The unit caters for your every need. Secure complex, lock up and go. Aircon and ceiling fans are a plus during summer months.

This apartment is exceptional, the host put so much detail into the aesthetics and functionality of the apartment. An inverter and gas stove makes the stay even more comfortable during loadshedding. The balcony has the most beautiful view of the garden and pool - will stay again!

It would have been nice to have a few basic essentials provided, such as hand soap and cooking oil in the bathroom and kitchen. There also needs to be more than four cups in the kitchen and more key utensils such as kitchen scissors/measuring jug would have been very useful. The can opener needs replacing. We also couldn't seem to find the hairdryer. We reported the outside light not working when we arrived and were told it would be replaced but it hadn't been by the time we left.

The apartment was in a very good location, close to the shops and restaurants in St Lucia but away from any traffic noise. The inverter in the living room which kicks in during load shedding was invaluable, meaning we still had lighting, TV and WIFI during the regular blackouts. The host also gave us a full load shedding schedule for our stay. Overall the apartment was comfortable, the balcony was a bonus and the gardens are nice too. We enjoyed our stay.

Was not told/did not know the booking was for an upstairs unit. One guest has problems climbing stairs and slipped on very slippery tiles when descending stairs. Fortunately did not injure himself, but it could have been very serious. Downstairs unit would have made braaing (barbeque) easier

Floor mats in lounge and bedrooms were old. Plastic chairs in balcony and dining table were just a turn off, not suitable for that room. Towels need to be changed they are worn out and had stains. Pool being cleaned during weekend when most guests need to relax after a day trip, then you just find a "no swimming" sign without being notified prior. Very small shower without non-slippery mat.

Great location near all amenities, kitchen was fully equipped and had gas stove for use during loadshedding . Beds were comfortable and nicely decorated. Inverter was available as a back up during loadshedding.

There was a bus that brought a whole lot of guests for the weekend. The guests were loud and rowdy, yelling and laughing day and night despite the rules of the complex.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, she checked in with me and went out of her way to make my stay more pleasant.

The wifi is not a home wifi but it is wifi in the complex and it makes it difficult for your devices to always work especially ios products.

Close to everything. It is clean and they change your bedding every 3 days of you stay a longer time. Joey the property manager is very kind and helpful.
