You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is beautiful it over looks the lakes a sea which is so refreshing it also very close to the beach and other attractions. Also what you have advertised is exactly what you experienced so that was good for me a true depiction of the place.

South AfricaWhen we arrived, the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, which was strange because there are "no smoking" signs. It might have been because the unit below had smokers in, or perhaps previous guests smoked? We did notice that after the first or second day the smell dissipated so that was good. Also it just would have really been nice to have wifi, but for the price we paid, we really couldn't ask for more.
This property was great value for money. It had everything we needed with comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The view from the porch was also fantastic.

I like almost everything about the place, very peaceful and kids friendly. The cleaners especially Beauty, she's the best and very friendly my kids loved her so much. The security at the gate, very friendly and easy to talk to. The place was very neat and comfortable.
