We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe tap was broken, there's was no note to say where to find the brooms and such, no manual on how to operate oven. The key would jam in the door, had to contact the emergency number just for the wifi password and Netflix code, glasses were chipped and some kitchenware could be replaced Other than that it was an amazing stay, would definitely go back!!
It was a really good stay, the area is amazing and super convenient. We enjoyed this apartment, the rooftop poolside view was absolutely amazing.

South AfricaIt was impossible getting hold of the host. Firstly, I had to follow up with the hotel if the booking was confirmed on the day of the travel, and the host was nowhere to be found. No instructions on how to use the tv as there were various remotes. The host’s phone was off since the booking was made until I checked out. Any hiccups on the property could not be assisted by anyone.

South AfricaThe white towels are dirty and now brown.The apartment is smelling and dirty..that I had to call the building management to express my frustration as the owner of this apartment wasn't even available to respond to my request.It was a frustrating stay for me. The property is advertised to have air conditioning facility....which is not there. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets are horrible . For the price paid, this apartment is just a scam If you want my advice ,don't ever book this facility
