We had a lovely holiday. It was a clean and neat apartment. The entire complex was absolutely neat and beautiful garden well maintained. Very safe complex. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you 🙏👍👍

This unit requires maintenance. The one toilet was leaking, we were told on arrival, but it was not repaired. The mattresses on all the beds were terrible, the main bedroom bed could not be slept on. Curtains in main bedroom were torn. Kitchen cupboards beading needs to be replaced. Very disappointed with this unit

Just a few problems, we were unable to use the toilet in the main bathroom, the shower door was broken and the light in the lounge was flickering. Curtains in the room could be a bit more thicker to keep light out, but overall was a good place with friendly staff

The fact that the pin location kept directing me to the wrong address and the lady Cindy in charge of the apartment started getting annoyed when I could not find the street she was talking about and that she apparently did not know the area. Also, the fact we were chased out of the flat by 10 am when we could not get the stove to work and that we were told to bring our own towels due to load shedding issues but upon her impatient waiting outside the front door she had clean towels for the NEW guests. We did get towels for which I was grateful, the attitude was not one of friendliness or understanding of my situation at all. The staff at Sea n sky were ever helpful when I explained that I had a puncture and needed to change tyres but was stuck with all the luggage in my car. I do get the turn around time to clean the apartments are not great but the be have been treated like thieves while we were still packing was also a disappointing. I will never recommend this apartment to any one I know, because of the issues we encountered. I would rather pay more and use a different facility.

Rooms were hot. Fans only work at slow speed. Ground unit is extremely hot. We tried opening windows but did not help much. Pillows are too soft.

Our unit was broken into, and my car, laptop, camera, and two wallets were stolen. The first thing the complex manager had to say was that they weren't liable and that it was a crappy story. We made the booking because the description said that there were security and CCTV cameras, which there were neither. We have taken a loss of almost R200 000, and the owner refuses to refund the money for the 3 three days that we decided not to stay at the unit - after the break-in, and didn't want to give back the breakage deposit either. We could have been assaulted or killed, yet the owner and complex manager don't seem to care. This is not a safe place, and you will not receive any help if something goes wrong.

The unit is close to the beach, shops and resturaunts.

No one orientated us in arrival we had to figure out everything on our own. Eventually they said we broke the shower door yet the wheels were on the window seal on our arrival. Now the owner is refusing to give any cent on the damage fees that we paid my question is does the shower door wheels and 4 drinking glasses cost R850?

The unit facilities need upgrading. Doesn't have bath towels, the cleaning services assisted with these. The shower head is so old and rusty, the shower door is broken and there's a shower curtain in its place. The curtains looked old and dirty. The lounge furniture could be replaced, it's seen better days. No tea, coffee or even cleaning supplies

Location of Topanga, is great. Walking distance from the beach. The unit had strong wifi connection.
