It was a tight squeeze to get into the parking area but once you are in there is a lot of space and you feel very safe.

Lerato was a wonderful host! The rooms were lovely. they had small details in them, which I adored - like cappachino, milk and cookies, and Netflix and wifi in each room. The room also had an aircon and extra warm blankets and hangers in the closet for you clothes.The breakfast was delicious.

Room was hot and really needs a/c, although a fan was provided Neighbours played music until 04:00 hrs and although not overly loud it did disrupt sleep (thump, thump, thump) - this was beyond the control of the host but needs to be mentioned. Pool needed a little bit of attention

Very Good Location near OR Tambo. The host is very gracious and an excellent communicator. There is attention to detail in the room and the Bathroom. The breakfast was made with great care. One leaves believing one has had a very good experience at a reasonable price .

For us needing to be the area for the next mornings business, this was ideal. It is also well located to a choice of dinner-restaurants very near by. Clean, neat, secure, hot strong showers and large, comfortable beds.

I didn’t like how there is no charger that is near your bed. You’ll have to share the port among the beds.

Thai place will give you a boougie hippie vibe. Booked the dormitory. Felt safe & the hosts were very helpful & insightful. They’re located near to the city, the waterfront & Thensen island - it is very walkable.

The owner is the kindest Lady and makes you feel welcome immediately. I travel a lot for business and I have never given a 10/10 review like I do now. I found this gem of a place, and I will stay nowhere else when in Joburg but here. Everything is spotless and all the luxuries you can imagine for business travel.

We stayed for a couple of days before our long flight home. The location was only 5 km from the airport so it was convenient to get to. Lareto was especially helpful and personable. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked by Lareto directly for us. It was nice to get the use of the pool, which was well maintained. There was a mall only a 5 minute walk away with several restaurants and a Woolworth grocery store. All this was good value for the money in a welcoming environment.

Lerato was an excellent host always so accommodating to ensure i was comfortable. The cottage was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Lerato excels in doing her breakfast, it was sumptuous. The establishment is very close to O.R Tambo International airport and ideal for travelers with a quick stopover. Karaglen shopping mall is walking distance. The property has a lovely swimming pool. I stayed in the cottage so cannot comment much on the main house except that all room has own on-suite with TV, Fridge and microwave oven with free Wifi. Towels and shower gel provided.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, the best we've ever had. So warm and welcoming and helpful in every way. We had a 2 night stay over due to late flight with 2 young kids and it was the perfect place to rest. A big swimming pool right outside our big room kept the kids entertained most of the time. And our kids loved playing with their very lovely daughter. Hosts organised airport transfer. If we ever need to stay in JHB again we'll definitely stay here.
