You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaI wasn't given any instructions about the alarm so when I entered the house, the alarm went off and I had to figure out how to switch it off myself. Not sure if this is something that Dullstroom Accommodation is meant to provide.
This is probably the best value for money stay in Dullstroom. The decor is beautiful and there is a wide selection of kitchen equipment which is super helpful for self-catering stays. There is also a dishwasher which takes the pressure of having to watch dishes while on holiday. Highly recommended!

South AfricaAsked for a wood braai, it was old and rusty had to borrow a grid as he one provided was awful. The towels were damp when we arrived and were never hung out to dry, so after 3 days they smelt miff . The instructions for the alarm was incorrect, the helper eventually showed us how to use the remote. The gate didn't work properly, I had to give the remote for the gate to the helper as she could not get in, the alarm people reset the remote. The outside table was never cleaned, we had to do it.

South AfricaThe 1500 rands breakage deposit was not paid in advance due to short booking notice. However, upon arrival, we were nagged for these monies incessantly every 5 minutes which I found most annoying. We certainly were not going to run away and forego 2 nights accommodation non-refundable money for the sake of not paying 1500 rands, so the harassment upon arrival was illogical. We would have liked to have unpacked first, and then driven into town and paid the deposit at our convenience, so I feel that the "customer first" principle was destroyed.
Self catering. Area was quiet and near town so we felt fairly safe. We accidentally set off the panic alarm and the response time was reasonable. The quality of the Kitchenware and cutlery were of the finest quality. Even the glasses were chic and expensive.
