Maybe lack of WiFi lconnectivity in all bedrooms, but was not really a major issue .

Communication with owners and caretakers was great. Very warm welcome and homely apartment Great views from all bedrooms. Ensuites in every bedroom. Very clean and well maintained. The patio furniture, wow, I just love everything about this place. Surely, we go back.

Without having a local sport channel, hot water was not enough for 6 of us,when bathing at Sametime.

The is an exceptional apartment - stunning views from every room. Such comfortable beds , all rooms en-suite. We could not have asked for more.

Our stay was amazing from the breathtaking views to the beautiful greenery, clean blue pool. The staff was very welcoming from the security guards who made us feel at home to the polite cleaning staff who always had a smile on their faces. The crockery and cutlery was beyond our expectations it was like a chefs kitchen. Everything we needed and more was supplied from washing machines to surfing boards. It was indeed a home away from home. We are definitely making our way back. What we saw on the pictures was exactly what we got and more. Even got a box of chocolates and champagne from our hosts. On top of that our hosts allowed us to check out very late as we were taking an evening flight. Not forgetting that we did not experience any load shedding even though we were there during the time when shedding was a serious problem. Thank you very much Niels and Janine for your hospitality. I feel like words are not enough to thank you.

Everything you could need or want plus more. The view is exceptional, the apartment has every comfort you could ask for and the hosts are prompt to answer and assist with any question you may have. Will definitely be added to my saved list for future Ballito visits.

Only 1 usable parking bay, second one to small for a large vehicle.

Almost everything. Bach up power when there is Eskom load shedding! We will only consider accommodation with bach up power.

Joke: Dolphins did not come out to play everyday, got to see them on the last day. Honestly there are NO negatives to this facility.

Have to give credit to to Janine and Neil's. Absolutely stunning apartment, underrated a true gem. Thanks for the time out ,loved everything about this apartment

The exit to the beach was under repair and there was no quick access to the beach. And our DSTV tastes were not catered for. We like channel 120, and also BBC Earth was not available. Coming from Zimbabwe we were hoping to see that RSA-only channel.

This was self catering but there was a delicious box of chocolates and champagne (which we do not drink) to welcome us. The contents of the kitchen were excellent with everything you could wish for, including super laundry equipment. Lovely to see surfers out every day.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as I remembered it. The bottle of bubbly and box of chocolates on arrival added that extra personal touch. The owner responded very swiftly to a minor issue which was dealt with immediately. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful apartment.
