The dishes weren't clean when we got there. The stove could be replaced with something new as well as the old fan system. The place can be modernized especially if it's for that price. Wifi was not included.

The view was amazing. The bedding and bed were perfect. Facilities were amazing to use

The flat was very dirty upon arrival, nothing of the plate, knives ex matches and where dirty. The cupboard in the kitchen are falling apart and there was nothing to wash up with. It is also not stated on the websites to bring clean materials. There is also a problem with water, whilst showering the water just disappears and the water in the bath has no pressure so the water flows extremely slow. Besides all of this, I'll stay there again I'll just be more prepared

The place needs a little maintenance, as the ceiling paint was peeling off and the dining room chairs are wobbly. The shower door is also not closing and opening nicely

The view is amazing and when you open the windows you can head the waves. The place was very clean and they gave us towels. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out but there was everything available to cook.

The stairs to get to the apartment is a killer , not good for the elderly . The apartment gets really hot inside and the ceiling fan in the lounge/dining room area does not work properly , definately needs a aircon .

The location and view is good . The pool and braai area was also good . Nice beach , especially for the little ones when the tide is low. Also noticed police patrol the area all the time .

The lift doesn't work,the stove didn't work,tv and wifi didn't work. From this unit,to walk uphill to get to the pool and braai area was irritating. Kitchen cupboards are untidy,some of the doors are falling.

I didn't like the walking upstairs with my luggage and my poor old lady had to use steps all the way up to the swimming pool because instructions are not there for easy use of the lift. Shower drainage-needs attention.

I love the fact that it has surely exceptionally made my visit amazing..... my girls enjoyed themselves for the fact that the beach is right opposite, the living room is spacious and oh loved the variety of apps on TV (very convenient)

You have to use the steps each time they have to make a plan with those steps the place is not suitable so old people who can't walk also they should clean the windows in bedroom for are clear view

is there enough space to write it all down? I suppose if you working on a budget, and you need to sleep 4-6 people , then I suppose it will do. The kitchen Cupboards are falling apart, couldnt find a broom to sweep, the couches apart from the 2 single ones are filthy, the ceiling paint is coming off, the decor (if you can call it that) looks like its just been stuck on a wall to just have something rather than nothing,The one bathroom shower hardly works , the one tap in the main bedroom bathroom can't be used at a normal speed to brush your teeth, otherwise it sounds like it will bring the building down. listen I could add on but really what is the point. all I am saying is, Make a little more effort in fixing small things.

The amount of stairs one has to climb in order to go to the flat, this has to be indicated when advertising for the flat because it is a distance and will be difficult for old or sick people.the apartment we stayed at was very dirty..flies in the shower, windows not clean dust and sand, broken cupboards and fan, the place really needs some tlc!! And there was NO washing machine, which made our stay even worse and miserable..the building is clean and nice but the flat we had was totally the opposite.

The host does not address any issues and is very impatient. They do not answer to phone calls or sms during our stay. The sheets in one of the rooms still had blood stains.

The Location, it was easy to get to the beach. The area is safe.
